• Supabase
• Firebase
• AWS
• Vercel
• Ruby

• Other modern frontend and backend technologies

AI-first development

AI-assisted development is an integral part of our engineering workflow — not just an occasional tool for searching or generating snippets.

We expect engineers to actively use AI tools for:

• implementation and feature development;
• prototyping and experimentation;
• refactoring and improving existing code;
• debugging and troubleshooting;
• technical research;
• repetitive engineering tasks.

We work with tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT and other AI coding assistants/agents.

A strong understanding of how to effectively use AI to accelerate development while maintaining code quality is a significant advantage.

What we are looking for

• Strong commercial software development experience.
• Solid Full-Stack background.
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend development principles.
• Experience with React and Node.js or a comparable modern stack.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
• Ability to understand a product or technical problem and independently propose a solution.
• Good understanding of architecture, APIs, databases and integrations.
• Ability to estimate technical tasks and evaluate different approaches.
• Experience with modern AI development tools.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work outside a narrow technology stack.

• Ownership and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills.
• English sufficient for technical communication and working with international teams.

Will be a plus

• Experience in outsourcing, consulting or product development.

• Opportunity to work on different international and internal products.
• Ability to influence technical decisions.
• Exposure to different technologies, industries and business domains.
• AI-first engineering environment.
• Opportunity to work on products from early-stage ideas and prototypes through to production.

If you enjoy solving problems rather than being limited to a single stack, quickly adapting to new technical contexts, and using AI to build software more efficiently, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced Creative Producer who can independently own the creative testing process - from research and hypothesis development to briefing, performance analysis, iteration, and reporting.

You should feel confident working with performance data, understanding why creatives win or lose, and turning those insights into the next round of tests.

Your day-to-day:

• Research competitors, audiences, trends, and winning creative approaches
• Develop new creative hypotheses and testing ideas
• Turn hypotheses into clear briefs for Motion and Graphic Designers

• Work closely with designers and provide clear creative feedback
• Contribute to weekly client reports with creative insights, learnings, and next steps
• Use AI tools for research, copywriting, briefing, analysis, and other parts of the creative workflow
• Build or improve AI-assisted workflows and automations for recurring tasks

• English B2+

Nice to have:

• Experience working directly with clients
• Experience preparing creative performance reports
• Experience with automation or no-code tools
• Good understanding of Motion and Graphic Design production

What we offer:

• Direct involvement in creative strategy and testing
• Access to a wide range of creative, research, and AI tools
• Freedom to introduce new tools, workflows, and automation ideas
• Minimal bureaucracy and no unnecessary meetings
• Fully remote work
• Collaboration with experienced Creative and UA teams

Contact us if you:

• Are proactive and comfortable working independently
• Care about performance, not just creative output
• Enjoy turning research and data into new creative ideas
• Like testing hypotheses and continuously improving what works
• Actively use AI to work smarter and faster
• Take ownership and don’t need someone to define every next step

Schedule: preferably shifted toward US working hours — approximately 13:00–22:00 Yerevan time

This is a long-term opportunity to work with a large international organization and manage several products and teams in a complex enterprise environment.

Who we are:

We're a fast-growing telehealth product launched in 2025, backed by an established e-commerce company with roots going back to 2012. We're focused on the US market, building a platform that connects patients with doctors for real medical care: think weight-loss treatment, prescriptions, and insurance-covered telehealth visits, all wrapped in a strict, HIPAA-conscious environment. Our user base is growing fast, and our team is remote-first across multiple countries.

Role overview:
As a Product Manager, you will take responsibility for entire product areas — not isolated features. You'll work as part of the team rather than above it: deciding what's worth improving, making it happen together with engineering and design, and staying accountable for the result.

What will you do:

• Own your product areas end to end: understand how they work today, find what holds them back, and drive the improvements that matter most.
• Work hand in hand with engineering, QA, design, BI, and marketing — as a team player who helps the team ship, not as someone who hands over requirements and waits.
• Dig into customer needs, problems, and opportunities: talk to users, study support conversations and behavior data, and tell apart what people ask for from what they actually need.
• Help shape product strategy, roadmap development, and quarterly planning.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, using data to evaluate outcomes and guide decisions.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, business impact, risks, and dependencies.
• Translate product opportunities into clear requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout delivery.
• Partner with Customer Success and other stakeholders to gather feedback and turn it into product improvements.
• Communicate product priorities, decisions, trade-offs, and results to relevant stakeholders.
• Grow with the product — we move fast, priorities shift, and the scope of what you own will expand as the product does.

Requirements for a Candidate:

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Proven experience owning the full product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmap development through backlog prioritization, delivery, launch, measurement, and optimization.
• Strong product discovery skills, including customer interviews, market research, competitor analysis, and hypothesis validation.
• Ability to translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to define and track product KPIs, analyze funnels, cohorts, retention, conversion, churn, LTV, CAC, and revenue impact.
• Experience with A/B testing, product experiments, and decision-making based on metrics.
• Solid knowledge of stakeholder management and risk management.
• Good understanding of unit economics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, or workflow automation.
• English at Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level or higher, both written and spoken, for collaboration with international teams and stakeholders.

Bonus points:

• Experience with US healthcare or insurance products — telehealth, pharmacy, EHR/EMR, or claims and coverage flows. A strong plus, but not required; we just want you to be prepared for how strict a HIPAA-conscious environment is.
• Experience with AI-enabled features in production — not prototypes, but features real users depend on, with the quality, cost, and edge-case handling that implies.
• Experience with BPMN or other process modeling tools — one of the most effective ways to align engineering, QA, and business stakeholders on how a flow should work.
• Hands-on experience with mobile apps for iOS and/or Android, including release cycles and app store review.

Team & culture:

• The core team has worked together for years (some 8–10+), even though this product itself is a young spin-off — you're joining an experienced crew, not a green startup team.
• Direct, no-nonsense communication culture — disagreeing with your manager is normal and welcomed, not risky.
• You work closely with engineering, QA, BI, design, marketing, and customer success — a real cross-functional team behind you.
• AI tools are part of daily life here: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and others — used deliberately, not as a crutch.
• Remote-first across multiple countries; reasonable overlap with the team's working hours matters more than where you sit.

What we offer:

• Competitive compensation based on your skills and experience.
• Flexible schedule and remote work options.
• 20 working days of paid vacation per year.
• 5 paid sick days per year.
• Coverage for conferences, workshops, and professional training.

Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, production systems — this is where you’ll get to work hands-on and build your SRE/DevOps expertise.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Junior SRE / DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure team and help support Kubernetes environments, CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, and production systems.

• Basic understanding of Apache Arrow.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or object storage.

• Understanding of SRE concepts such as monitoring, alerting, availability, and incident response.

What We Expect

We do not expect a Junior engineer to know everything.

The important things are strong fundamentals, willingness to learn, and the ability to investigate problems instead of only following predefined instructions.

The engineer will work together with more experienced team members and gradually take more responsibility for CI/CD, Kubernetes, monitoring, and production infrastructure.

Payment Integration & Provider Manager

We are looking for a Payment Integration & Provider Manager to join our FinTech team and take ownership of payment integrations and provider communication.

This role sits at the intersection of Payments, Integrations, Operations, and Business Development. You will work directly with payment providers and internal teams, launch new payment methods across different GEOs, and make sure integrations move from initial request to production smoothly and efficiently.

We are not looking for a classic Project Manager who only coordinates tasks. We need someone who understands how payment integrations work and is ready to take real ownership of the process.

What you'll be doing

• Manage payment integrations end-to-end — from collecting initial requirements to testing and production launch.
• Work directly with payment providers, PSPs, and integration platforms.
• Coordinate multiple integrations simultaneously and control timelines, priorities, blockers, and dependencies.
• Work with different payment flows, including deposits, payouts, and P2P.
• Review API documentation and coordinate technical questions with providers and internal Tech teams.
• Check payment methods and provider availability across required GEOs.
• Track and maintain relevant information around SLAs, approval/conversion rates, payment performance, limits, and provider capabilities.

• Prepare clear integration requirements and task templates in ClickUp.
• Identify bottlenecks and find ways to reduce integration time-to-market.
• Maintain structured information about providers, payment methods, GEOs, and integration capabilities.
• Participate in improving and automating internal payment integration processes.

What we're looking for

• Experience in FinTech / Payments / PSP / Payment Gateway / Payment Processing.
• Practical experience with payment integrations.
• Understanding of deposits, payouts, P2P, and general payment flows.
• Experience communicating directly with payment providers.
• Good understanding of API documentation and the ability to discuss integration issues with technical teams.
• Ability to manage several providers and integrations simultaneously.
• Understanding of SLA, payment performance, approval/conversion rates.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Structured approach and strong ownership.
• Ability to independently investigate issues and drive them to resolution.
• English sufficient for daily communication with international providers.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-risk payments / crypto / FinTech.
• Experience with P2P.
• Experience with India or other emerging markets.
• Experience with InGate or other payment orchestration platforms.
• Experience improving payment approval/conversion rates.
• Understanding of payment orchestration and API architecture.
• Experience with ClickUp, Jira, or similar tools.

What we expect from you

We value people who don't wait for detailed instructions.

You should be comfortable receiving a business request, understanding what is needed for the integration, collecting the required information, contacting the right provider or internal team, resolving blockers, and bringing the payment method to production.

You won't simply coordinate integrations — you'll own them.

At Scalivo, we deliver Operations-as-a-Service for fast-growing e-commerce brands and global tech companies. We step in where automation and internal capacity fall short - handling day-to-day operations and building strong dedicated teams so business leaders can focus on scaling without complex hiring overhead. We are managing this recruitment process directly on behalf of our client.

About Our Client

Our client is an innovative PropTech platform simplifying co-ownership and fractionated real estate investments. Their product manages the full lifecycle - from buying and selling property shares to guest stay management, booking engines, automated payments, and property operations.

• Familiarity with payment security, user data protection, and access control.
• Basic understanding of AI engineering (LLM system integration, prompt design).
• Experience with booking engines, financial/transactional systems, or Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

• Knowledge of DevOps / Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Pulumi).

• Rate: €5000 / month.
• Full-time employment and 100% remote work.
• Five-day workweek, full-time (8 hours per day).
• Paid vacation and sick leave.
• Actively shape a leading European PropTech/Hospitality startup.
• Work directly with experienced founders, dynamic colleagues, and top-class tech/real estate investors.
• Ample room for creativity, experimentation, and modern AI tooling.
• Complimentary stays in MYNE’s luxury vacation properties across Europe.

Your role
In this role, you will contribute to the development of advanced software solutions for the ModusToolbox ecosystem, collaborating with global teams to deliver innovative and high-quality products.

• Develop software solutions for ModusToolbox ecosystem

• Support continuous improvement efforts by contributing innovative ideas, technical expertise, and process enhancements

Your profile

You are passionate about software development and enjoy solving complex technical challenges in a collaborative and international environment.

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
