    What you'll do:

    • Study client strategy briefs and ICP definitions to understand who we're targeting and why
    • Write cold email sequences: subject lines, opening hooks, value props, CTAs, and follow-ups
    • Write LinkedIn outreach sequences: connection requests, follow-up messages, InMails
    • A/B test messaging angles and iterate based on reply rates and response quality
    • Configure and launch campaigns in Email Bison (cold email) and HeyReach (LinkedIn)
    • Do basic lead list setup and formatting in Clay (you'll be trained on this during onboarding)
    • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize copy, timing, and targeting
    • Collaborate with the Lead Researcher on audience segmentation and list quality
    • Listen to strategy call recordings to pick up on client tone, pain points, and positioning

    We’re actively scaling our Upwork sales channel, and now we’re looking for a Team Lead for Lead Generation - someone who can organize the process, manage junior lead generators, and ensure consistent, high-quality outbound activity.

    What You’ll Do

    • Manage and coordinate a team of Junior Lead Generators (Upwork focus)
    • Set up and improve Upwork lead generation workflows
    • Monitor job posts using filters (budget, location, tech stack, client type)
    • Review and approve proposals before submission
    • Help the team choose the right company profile and case studies for each project
    • Work closely with Sales & Tech teams to clarify project details
    • Track team performance and results in CRM / Google Sheets
    • Optimize templates, instructions, and internal processes
    • Onboard and train new team members

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead NuxGame’s global commercial and growth strategy across B2B channels.
    • Build and maintain strategic relationships with operators, providers, and key stakeholders.
    • Drive sales pipeline growth, oversee deal flow, and improve conversion & retention rates.
    • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships.
    • Collaborate with Product & Marketing to align go-to-market initiatives.
    • Set, monitor, and deliver on revenue, margin, and growth KPIs.
    • Lead, coach, and scale a sales and BD team.

    Requirements:
