Ми шукаємо PPC Specialist, який підсилить нашу performance-команду та працюватиме з рекламними кампаніями у Telegram Ads та інших media networks.

Для нас не критично, щоб ти вже був експертом саме в Telegram Ads. Якщо маєш сильний досвід у Google, добре розумієш аналітику та хочеш опанувати новий рекламний канал — ми готові допомогти тобі зануритися в Telegram Ads.

Ми очікуємо, що ти:
– Маєш комерційний досвід роботи з Google Ads та/або Telegram Ads.
– Маєш впевнений практичний досвід самостійного запуску, ведення та оптимізації рекламних кампаній.
– Розумієш ключові performance-метрики та вмієш приймати рішення на основі даних.
– Вмієш аналізувати результати кампаній, знаходити точки росту та масштабувати ефективні зв'язки.
– Вмієш працювати з кількома рекламними кампаніями та бюджетами одночасно.
– Готовий/-а розвиватися у напрямку Telegram Ads та media networks.
– Самостійний/-а у роботі, вмієш брати відповідальність за результат та не боїшся тестувати нові підходи.

Буде плюсом:
– Досвід роботи у performance/digital-агентстві та з кількома проєктами одночасно.
– Практичний досвід з Telegram Ads.
– Досвід роботи з Criteo.
– Досвід з Display & Video Ads.
– Робота з кампаніями на охоплення та впізнаваність бренду.
– Досвід з Video Campaigns / Cinema або іншими рекламними мережами.

Твої майбутні задачі:
– Запуск, ведення та оптимізація рекламних кампаній у Telegram Ads.
– Робота з іншими media networks та поступове тестування нових рекламних каналів.
– Запуск та оптимізація кампаній на performance, охоплення та впізнаваність бренду.
– Запуск та оптимізація ретаргетингових кампаній.
– Щоденна робота з рекламними кабінетами та бюджетами.
– Аналіз ефективності кампаній та ключових маркетингових показників.
– Масштабування успішних кампаній та пошук нових точок росту.
– Постійне тестування нових аудиторій, форматів, креативів і рекламних підходів.

Since 2013, Duanex has been building bespoke software for international companies and startups, from mobile apps to complex cloud solutions.

Our clients span health & fintech, digital banking, insurance, and other industries. We work primarily with international markets and help businesses build and scale custom software products.

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help us research, qualify, and engage potential clients for our software development services.

What you'll do

• Research and qualify potential B2B leads based on our ICP
• Build lead lists and find relevant decision-makers
• Work with LinkedIn outreach using tools such as LinkedHelper, Apollo, and Clay
• Create and launch outreach sequences and follow-ups
• Communicate with leads and manage ongoing conversations
• Use AI tools to support research, personalization, and outreach
• Track leads, replies, and outreach performance

What we're looking for

• 1+ year of experience in Lead Generation
• Experience with B2B lead research and LinkedIn prospecting
• Experience with Apollo, Clay, or similar tools
• Experience creating outreach sequences and communicating with leads
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with repetitive tasks
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Experience using AI tools in your workflow
• English B1

Would be a plus

• Experience with cold email outreach
• Experience with Upwork
• Experience working with or setting up AI agents for lead generation
• Experience in IT outsourcing / software development

Hiring process

Screening Interview → Technical Interview → Offer

We’re looking for a Lead Generation specialist who knows how to find the right people, start meaningful conversations, and turn outreach into real opportunities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who already has experience with multi-channel outreach and wants to take ownership of the process - from finding prospects to improving campaigns and generating qualified leads.

What you’ll do:

• Find and research relevant prospects using LinkedIn and other tools
• Build and run LinkedIn + email outreach campaigns
• Create personalized messages and follow-up sequences
• Test different approaches and improve campaign performance
• Track results inside our own CRM and continuously optimize the process
• Take ownership and suggest better ways of doing things

Whom we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role
• Proven experience running multi-channel outreach campaigns
• Hands-on experience with: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, HeyReach / LinkedInHelper, Lemlist / Snov.io
• B1+ level of English
• Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required
