The Inventory & Demand Planning team is hiring a Data Analyst to scale a high-impact analytics roadmap across inventory, in-stock, supply, and forecasting. This role builds and maintains the data foundation that powers decision-making by translating business rules into reliable datasets, automating recurring KPI outputs, and supporting the ABC/XYZ + lifecycle governance framework so leaders and merchants operate from consistent, auditable numbers with minimal manual effort.

This is a hands-on analytics engineering role centered on data pipelines, automation, and metric integrity to enable planning decisions and streamline reporting/governance outputs. The analyst will partner closely with Inventory Planning leadership to implement definitions, validations, and scalable reporting.

What You’ll Work On

· Write clean, performant SQL that powers weekly/monthly reporting and executive dashboards.

We are looking for a CRM / Retention Analyst to support our CRM and Retention teams with data-driven insights and identify growth opportunities for LTV and player retention through behavioral and communication performance analysis.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Analyze key retention metrics: FTD → repeat deposits, churn rate, retention cohorts, LTV, ARPU/ARPPU, deposit frequency.
• Build and maintain analytical reports and dashboards for CRM campaigns, player segments, and promotions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of CRM communications (Email, SMS, Push, In-App, Onsite) including open rate, CTR, and deposit conversion.
• Conduct cohort and behavioral analysis by GEO, acquisition source, player type, and deposit patterns.
• Support player segmentation (RFM, deposit segments, churn segments, VIP logic).
• Design and analyze A/B tests for CRM campaigns.
• Identify insights and opportunities to improve retention, player lifecycle, and revenue.
• Analyze player activity, sessions, games, and content performance to understand impact on retention.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to CRM, Product, and VIP teams.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

• 2+ years of experience as a Data / Product / Business Analyst

What You'll Do

• Analyzing the behavior of users on our site and apps:

-Build and maintain dashboards that visualize the usage of single or multiple features and how that usage drives company KPIs.

-Answer questions about site usage or user behavior based on deeper analyses.

• Analyze and track high-level KPIs such as conversion, retention, churn, recurring revenue, engagement, cross-device usage, e-mail and notification usage, and more.
• Communicate with business stakeholders on analysis results, how they relate to business, and what business suggestions result from the analysis.
• Run the whole data flow for site and app features, from defining KPIs, specifying data collection for development team implementation, and building and maintaining iterative versions of dashboards with both low-level and high-level views of collected data.
• Split tests of product features:

-Design a test with clear success criteria

Requirements
