HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Develop and maintain semantic data models in Power BI (Pro license or higher).
- Design and build reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
- Write complex DAX measures and calculations.
- Work with multiple data sources (databases, Google Sheets, etc.) and manage data connectivity (gateways).
- Administer Power BI, including managing permissions and RLS (Row-Level Security).
- Monitor BI trends and implement new Power BI features and AI capabilities into existing and new reports.
- Optimize performance and loading speed of reports and data models.
- Write and optimize SQL queries in BigQuery and MySQL (experience with ClickHouse is a plus).
- Use CTEs and window functions in query development.
- Collaborate with developers to define and document technical requirements for new data sources.
- Experience with Google Cloud Functions and Airflow is a strong advantage.

- Collaborate closely with the Finance team to automate recurring reports and support ad-hoc analysis, improving productivity and decision-making.
- Implement enhancements and new features in Power BI models, DAX calculations, and ETL pipelines as business needs evolve.
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data or reporting issues.
- Work with internal teams to understand requirements and propose data-driven and reporting solutions, contributing to continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Power BI , including data modeling, DAX, report optimization, and dashboard design.
- Proficiency in Python for ETL pipelines, data extraction, transformation, testing, and automation.
- Solid understanding of SQL and database management , preferably Azure SQL .
- Experience building scalable, efficient, and reliable data workflows .
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of Power BI reporting , while collaborating effectively with finance and other business teams to support data-driven decisions.
