Jobs Account Manager

You will own a portfolio of live B2B partners — casino operators, aggregators, and platforms — and be re-
sponsible for growing revenue from every account after go-live. This is a farmer role, not a hunter role: your
job starts where the sales cycle ends. You'll be the partner's main point of contact, the person who makes
sure our games get visibility, promo slots get activated, invoices get paid, and nothing a client receives from
provider is ever sloppy.
One of your first missions will be building out our client data foundation: collecting, structuring, and main-
taining complete account documentation across the portfolio.

What we're looking for:
- 2+ years in account management, partner management, or client-facing B2B roles (iGaming experience
is a strong plus, not a requirement)
- Service mindset: you double-check everything before it reaches a client — attachments, names, num-
bers, tone
- Ownership and follow-through: unpaid invoices and silent clients are your problem to solve, and you
have a system for it
- Self-management: you plan your own week, own your mistakes, and know where your responsibility
zone ends and escalation begins
- Proactive by default: you bring ideas and questions to colleagues instead of waiting for tasks
- Structured reporting habits: you've personally built and maintained regular reports, not just consumed
them
- Disciplined with data: you record client information in systems, not in your head or scattered chats
- Communication skills with sales potential — comfortable presenting, holding a client conversation,
handling a pushback
- English: B2+ (working language with partners)

What you'll do:
- Manage a portfolio of live partner accounts through the full lifecycle — onboarding, growth, retention
- Drive account revenue: lobby positioning, promo campaigns, tournaments, new game releases, early-
access placements
- Own the commercial hygiene of your accounts: invoice control, payment follow-ups, escalation when a
partner goes quiet
- Build and maintain complete, up-to-date client documentation and account data — contacts, terms, sta-
tuses, history
- Run weekly reporting on portfolio performance and account health
- Monitor account metrics (GGR, activity, placement quality), spot drops early, and act before they be-
come problems
- Come to sales and product teams with observations, ideas, and improvement proposals — proactively,
not on request
• Prepare partner-facing materials: release announcements, performance recaps, promo proposals

🎯 Role Overview

As an Account Manager at TrueLabel, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while ensuring efficient coordination between internal teams and customer needs. • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills — or a clear ability and willingness to develop them
• English proficiency — written and spoken (this is a must, as all work is in English)
• Basic understanding of e-commerce or marketplace logic (Amazon, Walmart, or similar) is a plus, not a requirement
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude etc.) is a strong plus
