Due to the growing volume of leads and operational tasks, our Sales Team needs someone who can take ownership of early-stage lead management and qualification. If you enjoy research, communication, and structured work, this role is for you.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• First contact with inbound and outbound leads
• Lead qualification and initial screening
• Early-stage research of potential clients
• CRM management according to the sales pipeline
• Follow-ups of leads and clients
• Administrative tasks related to leads
• Supporting Sales Managers before the deal stage

WHAT YOU BRING:

• 1+ year of experience in Sales/Support/Chat communication
• Strong communication skills
• Research and analytical thinking
• Ability to structure information
• Comfortable with cold outreach
• CRM proficiency (or readiness to learn quickly)
• Intermediate English level
• Availability to work 11:00-20:00 Mon-Fri
