We're Dreaver. We're a lifestyle brand, that currently sells treadmills and other fitness equipment for the home, direct to people who want to move more without a gym membership or the pressure from booking a class. We run ads in the Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden — more markets can follow. Creative is the lever that moves the needle for us, and we are looking for a loyal editor to own our video output long-term.

This is direct-response editing, not video production. If your scope is weddings, corporate or long-form YouTube, we won't be a good client for you.

What you'd be doing
Cutting UGC, founder footage and mash-ups into Meta ads, 9:16 and 4:5. Hook variants tested against each other. Editing to AI voiceover with clean sync and pacing. Comfortable with AI b-roll or AI UGC shot from Higgsfield, made to not look like AI. Captions, pattern interrupts, retention pacing, end cards. Re-cutting winners into new angles instead of starting from zero.

Multiple markets | NL, DK, SE, ...
Native translators on the team handle scripting and copy per market, you don't need to write or speak Dutch, Danish or Swedish. A creative sense for scripting and concepting, someone who can push back on a script or suggest a better opening, is a big plus.

How we work
- Ownership matters, you don't wait for a brief to fix what you can already see.
- Speed. We'd rather test fast than think long. We learn by doing and improve as we go.
- Proactive. You don't wait around. You spot opportunities, flag problems, and act.
- Fix > perfect. See something that could be better? Fix it. Perfection isn't the requirement, progress is.

Tools
Premiere Pro or CapCut, non-negotiable. Comfortable with Higgsfield and ElevenLabs for the occasional AI shot and voice-overs. We're not hiring an AI specialist, just someone who won't freeze the first time AI footage lands in their timeline. When working together, we pay for all AI subscriptions, on our accounts.

What we offer
- Full-time
- $1500-2200+ per month, depending on level
- Perform well and you grow with us. More scope, better pay.
- Work when you work best. No fixed hours, just deadlines and a few hours overlap with Amsterdam CET
- Long-term. We want someone for years, not a project

How to apply
Reply with this exact format:

[Your name] | [years editing DR ads] | [months using Higgsfield] | [preferred monthly payment]

Example: Anna Nowak | 3 | 7 | 1700

Then reply to the questions asked, exactly these 5 lines with LINKS.
1. Best UGC or founder ad you've edited:
2. What it sold and how it performed:
3. Best non-english AI video you've made (if any)
4. Loom link (90 seconds max, camera on) --> open one of the two videos on your screen and talk us through one editing decision, and why. Not a pitch, not your CV. We want to hear how you think.

You will be skipped for: wrong subject format, a CV instead of links, attachments, "I am hardworking and a fast learner," or anything that could have been sent to any company.

We want to hear from you. Really see you and build that true connection.

A small AI startup in the US is looking for an independent person to own testing and customer communication. Our products run over SMS, RCS, WhatsApp and web.

The main thing: you talk and write with the US leadership, team and clients in English every day. Without that this role will not work.

What you will do

Test the products by hand on real devices and over time build test automation. Keep release checklists and write bug reports. Answer clients, help users get started and bring their feedback back to the team. We provide a US phone number for testing.

How we work

You own quality for the products you test. You learn each product, decide what needs testing and when, plan your own work, ask your own questions and bring things to the finish. We give direction and priorities, not a task list. Small team, nobody will hold your hand.

Terms

Ten to twenty hours a week, more during releases. Start as soon as possible, long term. Remote, with overlap with the US East Coast working day. Fixed monthly pay in USD, contract with a US company.

Requirements

Fluent spoken and written English (C1 or above). Experience with manual testing of web and mobile or messaging products. Basic test automation skills. Clear and short writing. Your own Android phone with eSIM support.

Nice to have

Twilio or WhatsApp Business experience. Customer success or support experience in SaaS. Work under SOC 2.

In your application, in English

Where and with whom you used English at work. Which messaging or mobile product you tested and how you decided what to test. One example of your bug report. Your automation experience, if any. Hours per week you can give and your expected monthly pay.

Location: Remote — Worldwide
Engagement: Full-time / Part-time
Duration: Long-term
Start: ASAP
Seniority: Senior / Architect / Consultant
English: B2+
Compensation: Negotiable, based on experience and availability

About the Project

We are looking for an experienced Senior Security / GRC Consultant to support an innovative healthcare technology company developing a robotic remote ultrasound solution for hospitals in the US and EU.

The product involves remote medical examinations, patient data processing, and healthcare software integrations.

The primary objective is to establish a robust security and compliance framework, prepare the company for SOC 2 certification readiness and a successful external audit, and address cybersecurity requirements from healthcare customers.

This is a hands-on consulting role requiring proven experience leading SOC 2 readiness and audit preparation, not simply working as an engineer in a SOC 2-compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities

SOC 2 Readiness & Audit Preparation

• Independently lead SOC 2 readiness and compliance initiatives.
• Conduct gap assessments and identify security and compliance risks.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and controls.
• Organize evidence collection and audit documentation.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support the SOC 2 audit process.
• Provide actionable recommendations to engineering and management teams.

Healthcare Security & Compliance

• Ensure alignment with HIPAA, GDPR, and healthcare data protection requirements.
• Define security requirements for handling Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Assess cybersecurity risks associated with medical software and patient data.
• Support compliance with security expectations of US and EU hospitals.

Security Documentation & Customer Support

• Prepare comprehensive security white papers describing security architecture, controls, processes, and data protection practices.
• Independently complete and review customer security questionnaires.
• Participate in client calls and address technical security and compliance questions.
• Develop technical security specifications and implementation guidelines for the development team.

Medical Software Compliance

• Collaborate with the client's QA/RA Manager on IEC 62304-related processes and documentation.
• Contribute to Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), software architecture documentation, and Verification & Validation (V&V) processes.

Required Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in information security, GRC, security compliance, or security consulting.
• Proven hands-on experience independently preparing at least one organization for SOC 2 and supporting it through a successful external audit.
• Strong understanding of SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria, security controls, audit evidence, and compliance processes.
• Practical experience implementing security policies and compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, and PHI protection requirements.
• Experience creating security white papers and responding to enterprise customer security questionnaires.
• Ability to translate regulatory and compliance requirements into clear technical tasks for engineering teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English B2+ or higher, with the ability to independently lead client discussions.

Nice to Have

• Previous SOC 2 audit preparation experience in healthcare, MedTech, or digital health.
• Experience with medical devices or medical software.
• Familiarity with IEC 62304 and medical software lifecycle documentation.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 13485, or other healthcare-related standards.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, SaaS security, or security architecture.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales or technical presales.

Engagement Details

The engagement will begin with a technical presales phase, during which the consultant will independently assess the client's security and compliance needs, answer relevant questions, and help define the scope of work.

Following successful presales, the consultant will take ownership of SOC 2 readiness and security compliance activities.

The initial workload is expected to be substantial, potentially full-time, with the possibility of transitioning to part-time involvement as the project progresses.

Part-time consultants are also welcome to apply. The exact workload and engagement model will be determined together with the selected specialist.

The project is long-term, with potential team expansion and additional healthcare software initiatives, including ultrasound video streaming, robotic HMI, and urgent examination booking platforms.

Important

We are specifically looking for someone who has personally led SOC 2 preparation and successfully supported an external audit.

Experience developing software within a SOC 2-compliant organization alone is not sufficient.

Candidates should be ready to discuss concrete examples of previous SOC 2 projects, their responsibilities, implemented controls, evidence collection processes, and audit outcomes.

How to Apply

Please share your CV, expected hourly rate, availability, and a brief description of your hands-on SOC 2 audit preparation experience.

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate successful SOC 2 readiness projects and independently lead security compliance discussions with healthcare clients.

Interested?

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Design and write the project's own AI agents and skills (Codex, Claude Code or comparable), not just prompt off-the-shelf tools.
• Choose and combine agents, skills and models to fit the project's business and technical goals, and keep changing that setup as the project evolves.
• Own build, test and release execution, directing agents and people day to day.
• Turn a validated backlog into an executable delivery plan without every detail spelled out.
• Unblock stalled delivery by triaging large backlogs at speed — days, not weeks.
• Work with the PO or client to keep delivery aligned with business goals, and push back on work that doesn't serve the release.
• Track and report scope, schedule, quality and risk, both to the client and internally.

• Raise the team's baseline by mentoring developers and QA on agent-driven delivery.

Does this relate to you?

• 5+ years in software delivery, technical program management or engineering leadership, with direct accountability for shipping.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience building custom agents and skills for real delivery work, with concrete examples of an agent setup you designed and what it shipped.
• A hands-on engineering background, not only process management.
• Strong SDLC, QA and release fundamentals.
• Clear communication of status and risk to non-technical stakeholders.

• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.

Nice to have

• Experience with small, high-autonomy pod delivery.
• Stack fit for the target engagement, specified per project.
