Project Manager (with Business Analysis elements)

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager who is eager to kick-start a career in IT. This is a hybrid role where you’ll manage projects and learn the basics of Business Analysis while working closely with clinics, stakeholders, and our product team.

What you’ll do

• Help gather and document requirements from clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements: 

Must Have: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
• Strong analytical and abstract thinking skills; ability to decompose complex topics and connect technical and business perspectives.
• Minimum 40 hours of formal project management education (e.g. PM101 or equivalent).
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive attitude supported by examples from real life.
• Able to prioritize tasks effectively and perform under uncertainty.
• English proficiency: B2 (Upper Intermediate) or higher. 
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Desire to learn and take ownership of results.

• Basic understanding of the software or hardware development life cycle (SDLC/HDLC).

About the Role

Currently, our IT structure is somewhat disorganized due to rapid growth and project diversification. You'll be the  bridge between developers and the business , translating technical language into actionable plans for non-tech stakeholders, all while keeping projects on track and ensuring top-notch quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and prioritize multiple concurrent development projects across crypto and educational platforms.
• Work closely with developers to  translate business goals into technical deliverables .
• Set up  clear documentation, project timelines, sprints, and forecasting models.
• Identify and resolve  bugs , bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in collaboration with QA and DevOps.
• Bring  structure and oversight to the IT department — including workflows, communication channels, and task delegation.
• Ensure  compliance with corporate data governance and privacy regulations across all development processes.
• Keep up-to-date with the  latest AI trends , assess their relevance, and propose implementation where beneficial.
• Act as a  cross-functional communicator , ensuring alignment between product, content, marketing, and tech.

• Track team performance and manage internal/external developer assignments and budgets.

   

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) as an  IT Project Manager in a  fintech, edtech, or SaaS environment.
• Solid  technical foundation — understanding of common programming languages ​​(eg, Python, JavaScript, PHP), architecture, APIs, databases, and DevOps principles.
• Experience working with  global distributed teams and managing outsourced developers or tech agencies.
• Ability to conduct  bug testing , coordinate fixes, and document outcomes effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with a  strict adherence to deadlines and delivery milestones .
• Strong experience in  Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).
• Strong awareness of  AI trends , their practical applications, and implications for business operations and user experience.
• Deep understanding of  data privacy, GDPR , and  corporate-level security practices.

• Exceptional communication skills – capable of speaking both “developer” and “business.”

   

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in AI-driven product environments.
• Familiarity with blockchain/crypto-related ecosystems.

• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications.

Project Manager

• Manage change requests and facilitate issue resolution

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development (agency or outsourcing background preferred; product experience is a plus)
• Strong track record of managing projects with multiple internal and/or external clients
• Hands-on experience with requirements management: gathering, formalizing, documenting, and writing user stories / use cases
• (Big advantage) Background in Business Analysis or close collaboration with BAs
• Strong ability to work with business stakeholders: capturing needs, identifying pain points, and understanding business logic, then converting it into clear requirements for development teams
• Solid leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to perform in environments of incomplete data, shifting priorities, and dynamic contexts
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong command of English (written and spoken)
