Key Responsibilities:
• Drive performance management processes;
• Support managers in talent development;
• Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and sensitive HR cases;
• Champion company culture, engagement initiatives, and change management.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of HR experience with 3+ years in HRBP or strategic HR role;
• Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and managing stakeholder relationships;
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills;
• Experience managing organizational change and culture initiatives;
• Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence;
• English – Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in product IT companies (300+ employees);
• Background in scaling organizations or hypergrowth environments;
• HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent);
• Coaching or mediation certifications.
