    Your mission (at the start):

     

    • Hunt down candidates on LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram, and wherever else they’re hiding.
    • Spot the difference between “just a profile” and “our perfect match.”
    • Keep our candidate lists and CRM (CleverStaff) neat and sharp.
    • Work side by side with recruiters, soaking up all the know-how.

    • Take your first prescreen calls — yes, you’ll be the voice of El-Core.
    • Step into the full recruitment cycle, project by project.
    • Explore industries beyond IT — because our clients are as diverse as it gets.

       

    What we need from you:
