    We’re looking for a Front-End Technical Lead to guide our team in building scalable, secure, and high-performing client-facing applications.
    You’ll combine hands-on React.js development, architecture, and team leadership, driving technical direction and excellence across projects.
     

    Responsibilities:
     

    • Define and lead the front-end architecture and technical vision
    • Collaborate with Backend and DevOps teams on AWS-based solutions
    • Maintain code quality, establish best practices, and oversee code reviews
    • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and automated testing (unit, integration, e2e)
    • Ensure security and authentication best practices
    • Mentor developers and promote continuous improvement
    • Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver business-ready features
       

    Requirements:
     

    • 5+ years in front-end development, 2+ years in a lead role
    • Expert in React.js, TypeScript, and modern front-end architecture
