About the Role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with at least 3 years of professional experience in this field. You will be the owner of internal IT operations, from employee onboarding/offboarding to infrastructure migrations and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to the team via a ticketing system; manage access and devices

Position Summary: 

The Retailer Support Representative is responsible for providing comprehensive technical and operational support to retailer partners across multiple client programs. This role requires flexibility and adaptability as agents support various customer accounts and may be assigned to new client programs as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities: 

Agents in this role handle both incoming and outgoing communications to ensure complete issue resolution.

• First Point of Contact: Act as the primary support contact for retailer inquiries across all active client programs
• Kiosk Troubleshooting (Touchpoint Support): Diagnose and resolve device power issues, network connectivity problems, scanner/printer malfunctions, and payment device errors

Qualifications: 

• 1+ year of experience in customer support, help desk, or technical troubleshooting roles 
• Familiarity with kiosk systems, POS hardware, or retail environments preferred

Mission

Own the backend mechanics that keep listings live, compliant, and operationally clean.

This is the person who makes Seller Central actually work.

The role is focused on backend operations, catalog integrity, listing health, compliance, and operational problem-solving inside Amazon Seller Central.

This is not a classic Amazon Account Manager role — this is a hands-on operational ownership position.

Preferred Background

Brand-side experience is strongly preferred over agency background.

Key Responsibilities

— Listing creation, updates, and optimization: titles, bullets, descriptions, search terms, attributes, A+ and Premium A+ modules across US and Canada

— Variation management: parent/child structures, variation themes, merges, splits, understanding Amazon variation policies, knowing what should and should not be used for variation themes

— Backend operations: flat file uploads, bulk edits, catalog data integrity, inventory reports

— Brand Registry tools: Report a Violation, communication with Brand Registry support, reporting sellers for violating Amazon policies

— Account Health management: policy compliance, listing suppression prevention, suspension prevention

— Case management: Seller Support cases, escalations to Account Health Manager, Executive Seller Relations, Brand Registry, SAS team

— Compliance management: electrical compliance, country of origin, CPSC requirements

— Image and video assets: technical specifications, uploads, coordination with the creative team

— Marketplace expansion execution: listing duplication, localization uploads, variation rebuilds for Canada and future marketplaces

— Competitor enforcement: variation abuse monitoring and policy violation enforcement

— Automation: building automation for review scraping and other repetitive workflows

— Task management: working inside ClickUp and understanding corporate workflow structure

Hard Skills

— Seller Central: fluent end-to-end knowledge

— Strong flat files and bulk operations experience (no fear of inventory templates)

— Brand Registry, Project Zero, and IP Accelerator workflows

— Helium 10, DataDive, Keepa, Jungle Scout for catalog and competitor checks

— Basic HTML understanding and image specifications knowledge for A+ modules

— Excel / Google Sheets at a strong working level

— English sufficient to write Seller Support cases that actually get resolved

— Proactive mindset: takes initiative beyond the defined scope and is willing to put in extra effort when the work requires it

— Persistent: Amazon support cases often require 3–5 follow-ups before resolution

— Detail-obsessive: one wrong character in a flat file can break the entire listing

We are seeking a Senior Technical Support / DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on expertise, a deep understanding of infrastructure and systems, and proven customer-facing experience.

Technical Expertise:
