IT Support Engineer
About the Role
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with at least 3 years of professional experience in this field. You will be the owner of internal IT operations, from employee onboarding/offboarding to infrastructure migrations and process automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the team via a ticketing system; manage access and devices
- Administer Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Notion
- Coordinate with MSP contractors: task assignment, escalation, and technical oversight
- Troubleshoot VPN, networking, email delivery, remote access, and device management issues
- Connect newly onboarded offices to corporate platforms (payments, operational tools)
- Automate repetitive processes through scripting, APIs, and workflow tools.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Experience supporting macOS, Linux, and Windows environments
- Administration of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Jira, and Slack
- Solid networking fundamentals: DNS, VPN, SSL, firewalls, SSH
- Ability to work independently and solve problems without micromanagement
- Fluency in English
Nice to have:
- Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory, Autopilot
- WordPress, hosting environments, redirects, and migrations
- SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
- APIs, webhooks, Postman
- Bash or PowerShell scripting
- Experience with M&A or infrastructure migration projects
