We are looking for a highly-motivated Customer Support Manager to join our professional team.
Requirements:
Experience with API integrations and log analysis
1+ year of experience in customer support within fintech, banking, or financial services (mandatory)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience in creating, managing, and efficiently handling support tickets
Ability to manage multiple chat conversations under high workload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
English level: B2 or higher
Technical education is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Support merchants by providing updates on the status of their channels
Analyze integration issues and identify effective solutions
Assist merchants in using the admin panel and its functionality
Respond quickly to incoming messages and escalate issues when necessary
Monitor ticket statuses and ensure timely feedback to merchants
