Your Responsibilities:

– Analyze key company metrics across departments.
– Monitor expenses and ensure they align with approved budgets and agreements.
– Reconcile platform reports with Tableau data.
– Perform ad-hoc analytics at management’s request.

– Education: A degree in Economics, Finance, or Data Analytics.
– Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an analyst, preferably in the marketing industry.
– Data Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency and hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau.

We are currently looking for a UX Writer to join one of our fast-growing businesses — Howly.

In 4 years, we’ve launched 4 products: a legal solutions platform, a smart document automation tool, a career growth platform, and a marketplace of technical experts. During this time, we’ve grown to a team of 300+ people, building products here in Ukraine for users around the world. Your tasks as a UX Writer will include:

— Writing different types of texts to meet the needs of all Howly products (UX writing, copywriting, creating marketing ads, rewriting, etc.);
— Reviewing and editing different types of content to align with established standards;
— Writing selling and engaging texts aimed at improving conversion rates;
— Creating both transactional and marketing emails, ensuring they align with the tone of voice and user expectations;
— Conducting surveys, user testing, and taking part in user interviews to gather insights;
— Developing and applying tone of voice and style guidelines across all content to ensure a cohesive user experience;
— Prioritizing tasks and collaborating with team members to ensure the highest quality of work while meeting all deadlines;
— Working closely with a cross-functional team to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

What we expect from you:

— Proficiency in English at C1 level;
— 1+ years of experience in UX writing, copywriting, creative writing;
— Understanding of UX principles and writing for user interfaces;
— Familiarity with techniques for writing engaging and conversion-focused texts;
— Prior experience working with designers and product managers;
— Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
— Adaptability and ability to learn quickly;
— Attention to detail and responsibility;
— Experience working with ChatGPT, Figma, DeepL, Reverso, Grammarly, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Jira.
