Your impact:
 

• Monitor and analyze advertising activity of key competitors across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
• Track trends in health, wellness, fitness, and subscription-based products.
• Maintain an organized database of notable ad examples, campaigns, messaging approaches, and market innovations.
• Create weekly reports summarizing key competitor moves, creative shifts.
• Share clear, actionable insights for User Acquisition and Creative teams — quick takeaways + deep dives when needed.
• Suggest new ideas based on emerging trends, consumer behavior, and market changes.
• Assist with ad hoc research projects based on marketing team priorities.
• Present findings in a visual, digestible format using Miro, FigJam, Slides, or Notion.
• Apply tools like Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, Similarweb, App Annie & other to ensure high-quality research and insights.
   

About you:
 

• 1+ years of experience in research (academic, business, or market), ideally within marketing or creative-focused roles.
• Understanding of performance-driven campaigns, creative workflows, and what makes ads effective.
• Experience using ad libraries and market tools for competitor and trend analysis.
• Strong analytical and visual storytelling skills — able to turn creative data into clear, actionable insights.
• Proficient in visual tools like Miro, FigJam, and Google Slides to present research and ideas clearly.

Necessary skills and qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in schematic and PCB design
• Knowledge of analog and digital electronics, RF circuits 
• Familiarity with PCB design rules, layout considerations, and RF design guidelines
• Experience with Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout (project setup, rules configuration, library management, signal routing tools, project releaser, layer stack manager)
• Understanding of electronics design principles (power supply design, voltage regulation, DC-DC converters, AC-DC conversion, efficient power management, low-power design techniques)
• Hands-on experience with simulation tools (e.g., LTspice, PLECS, or similar) to analyze and optimize power circuits before implementation
• Understanding of the board bring-up process, as well as identifying and troubleshooting hardware issues 
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to electronics, safety, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
• Intermediate level of English proficiency for verbal communication, technical documentation, and collaboration
   

Will be a plus:

• Ability to write simple test software for hardware bring-up activities 
• Experience in electronics manufacturing support
• CE, FCC, and RED certification support experience
