Responsibilities

• Основні джерела трафіку: UAC та SEO.
• Є власний відділ, який займається мобільними застосунками.
• Команда: 8 Media Buyers + 2 SEO-спеціалісти.
• Активно розвивають SMM: Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, TikTok.
• Є власні Tech Support та Finance відділи.

Умови

• Формат: повністю віддалена робота.
• Зарплата: $1 000–2 000 ставка + бонус у вигляді відсотка від Gross Profit.
• Географія: worldwide, основні напрямки - Tier 1, LATAM та Азія.
• Поліграф: передбачений процес відбору.

Вимоги

• Досвід саме в affiliate / agency-середовищі.
• Досвід у продуктових компаніях не є релевантним - важливий саме affiliate / agency background.

Ми шукаємо Affiliate Manager, основним фокусом якого буде активне залучення нових партнерів у напрямках Media Buying, Influencer Marketing та Tipster-партнерств.

🚀 Основні обов’язки:

• Активний пошук та залучення нових партнерів відповідно до поставлених цілей
• Проведення переговорів (email-листування, дзвінки, онлайн-зустрічі)
• Побудова та підтримка довгострокових відносин із партнерами
• Передача погоджених партнерів команді Account Management
• Ведення партнерської бази та підготовка звітності

✅ Вимоги:

• Рівень англійської мови B1 або вище (обов’язково)
• Відмінні комунікаційні навички
• Уважність до деталей
• Орієнтація на результат
• Висока мотивація розвиватися у сфері affiliate-маркетингу
• Готовність активно шукати та залучати нових партнерів

• Досвід роботи Affiliate Manager від року
• Досвід активного залучення партнерів
• Досвід роботи з ринками Tier 1 та/або LATAM
• Досвід у вертикалі iGaming
