Blackbit is looking for a Business Development Manager to help us grow our client base and generate new business opportunities.

We are looking for someone who knows how to find the right companies, identify decision-makers, start conversations and turn new contacts into qualified leads and, ultimately, new clients.

What you’ll do

• Identify and approach potential clients in Germany, Europe and other relevant markets
• Generate new leads through LinkedIn, networking, personal contacts, events, partnerships and outbound activities
• Build relationships with decision-makers such as CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Digital, E-commerce and IT
• Identify potential client needs and match them with Blackbit’s services
• Arrange introductory calls and business meetings
• Work together with our management and technical teams during the sales process
• Develop your own pipeline of potential clients and opportunities
• Follow opportunities from initial contact through negotiation and contract signing
• Represent Blackbit at relevant industry events and within your professional network

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Development, preferably in IT services, software development, digital commerce or consulting
• Strong professional network and/or ability to systematically build one
• Confidence in approaching senior decision-makers
• Good understanding of B2B sales cycles
• Ability to work independently and focus on measurable results
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent English; German is a strong advantage
• Existing network in the German / DACH market would be a significant plus
