Web Flutter Developer (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy, covering both direct sales channels and the growth of the partner network
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, potential customers, and strategic partners, taking into account their specific needs and business objectives
• Identify, attract, and onboard new partners (resellers, system integrators, IT providers), support their enablement, and drive their success in promoting our solutions
• Deliver product presentations to potential clients and partners, clearly demonstrating the value and advantages of our services
• Actively acquire new corporate clients and expand market presence through the scaling of the partner ecosystem
• Continuously monitor market trends, customer and partner feedback, and the competitive landscape to enhance sales and partnership strategies
• Manage the sales and partner development budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years of experience in similar positions in IT service companies with a successful track record in developing both direct B2B sales and strategic partner channels
• Technical expertise in IT infrastructure principles, understanding of network architecture, dedicated servers, CDN, and cloud services (preferred)
• In-depth expertise in B2B sales and marketing, knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies
• Experience in attracting and developing partners (resellers, integrators, IT providers)
• Ability to conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations for corporate clients and partners, capable of conveying the value and benefits of the product
• Experience in managing sales budgets and partner development, with a focus on efficient resource utilization and achieving business goals
• Proficiency in English
• Willingness to travel regularly, particularly within Europe

What You’ll Do

You’ll act as the strategic and creative force behind G-Club’s community. This is not an event producer role — it’s about shaping culture, connection, and presence. Your job is to create formats that bring people together, build trust, and reflect the club’s unique identity.

Your core focus areas:

Community Strategy & Experience

• Collaborate with your supervisor to develop a community growth strategy aligned with the G. Club's values
• Define and shape the structure, value, and engagement model of the community in accordance with the new strategy
• Curate thematic clusters (HRs, CTOs, CEOs, etc.) and foster peer-to-peer connections
• Launch and lead internal communication spaces and formats

Intimate Gatherings & Learning Formats

• Design and run smaller-scale experiences: private dinners, expert meetups, role-based sessions
• Source and engage speakers, moderators, and facilitators
• Develop programs tailored to niche professional groups

Style, Aesthetics & Voice

• Own the visual and verbal identity of The G-Club
• Manage contractors (designers, copywriters, photographers, etc.)
• Ensure consistency across all member touchpoints — from invites to in-person experiences

We are looking for a skilled Strong Junior Full-Stack Developer with core expertise in Front-End development (React) and experience in Back-End (NestJS) to join us for long-term cooperation.  

You will strengthen our team in developing a comprehensive CRM platform for marketing agents. This is a key operational product for managing marketing agents who buy advertising. The platform integrates accounting, reporting, and budget tracking into a single system, helping our client effectively scale his business.

🛠 How You’ll Contribute:

• Work closely with our designer to implement modern user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Ant Design.
• Develop admin dashboards and management interfaces for various business operations, including CRM interfaces for marketing services.
• Build user-facing features for platform management, budget tracking, and detailed marketing analytics.
• Implement real-time updates and notifications for system status, campaign operations, and agent activities.
• Occasionally assist in maintaining backend services using Node.js/ NestJS.
• Create or modify simple APIs for internal tools and work with data models.
• Work with PostgreSQL databases to manage business data and ensure correct data flow between the server and UI.
• Collaborate with a team and participate in technical decision-making.
