Areas of Responsibility

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that align with engineering standards and support business needs. 
• Design, implement, and manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters in on-premises (physical and virtualised) environments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams (autonomous drone, turret control, and future platforms): planning, tracking, risk management, reporting.
• Primary technical liaison between software (CV/ML, ROS) and hardware/embedded teams — translating requirements, surfacing blockers, resolving misalignments.
• Attend polygon and field tests; translate results — including HIL/SIL outcomes — into structured engineering feedback and task descriptions.
• Work with the Lead Architect to research new approaches; prepare structured proposals for architectural decisions.
• Coordinate module integration (optical guidance, servo control, ROS layers) — interfaces, latency requirements, milestones.

• Project Description:

  We are seeking a Bid Manager (Project Manager/Deal Coordinator) to join the GrowthX Bid Management Team. This role supports the bid process, new business generation activities, and the preparation of documentation for formal tenders. The Bid Manager will handle client requests such as RFIs and RFPs, and develop content for client presentations. Strong multitasking skills and proactivity are essential.
  
  Each team member is expected to lead one or more internal areas or initiatives that contribute to the evolution of business processes and enhance overall effectiveness. The Bid Manager is responsible for managing the entire bid cycle, driving efficiency, accelerating time to quote, and improving the overall customer experience.

  Managing multiple, parallel bids to meet sales bid deadlines
  Studying and analyzing bid documents to understand the needs of the client
  Making the proposal structure and bid approach fit the customer bid requirements
