Product Owner

We are a global online marketplace specializing in small molecules and biologics for the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. Alongside our marketplace platform, we are actively developing B2B SaaS solutions for pharmaceutical partners, focusing on automation, integrations, and seamless procurement workflows. To support this growth, we are looking for a Product Owner who will drive product development, collaborate closely with customers and internal teams, and help scale our SaaS direction.

In this role, you will:

• Work directly with customers and stakeholders to define and evolve the product vision in line with business goals and market demands
• Translate business needs and customer feedback into clear product requirements and actionable development tasks
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities are aligned with strategic objectives and customer value
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and support development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and expectations with customers and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction
• Act as a key communication point between business and technical teams, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the product lifecycle

We are looking for someone who has:

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role
• Practical experience working with Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level with strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and dynamic environments
