Daily responsibilities:

— analysis of the company’s accounting business processes;

— familiarization with current processes, searching for ways of optimization, reorganization, and automation;

— gathering requirements from stakeholders;

— conducting interviews with users, systematization and documentation of requirements;

— participation in agreeing planned changes to the configuration and preparation of technical specifications (TS), task assignment in Jira;

— coordination of development;

— testing of solutions;

— support of solution launch into production environment;

— training and support of users;

— user support, creation of instructions in Confluence;

— documentation of business processes;

— building diagrams, regulations, technical descriptions;

— identification and fixing of errors in the existing accounting system.
 

We expect from the candidate:

— BA experience of 3+ years;

— experience with 1C and/or BAF platform products;

— basic knowledge of management accounting.
