We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Casino Bonus Manager to join our growing iGaming team.
This role is perfect for someone who already understands casino mechanics, enjoys working with numbers and player behavior, and wants to develop expertise in bonus operations, CRM, and gambling product analytics within Tier-1 markets.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Configure, launch, and monitor bonus campaigns, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional mechanics through Smartico CRM and gaming platform back offices
- Work with player segmentation based on game preferences, provider activity, betting behavior, deposit history, retention indicators, and analytical exports
- Analyze slot and Live Casino mechanics, including RTP, volatility, wagering logic, bonus buys, feature triggers, and accumulation systems
- Ensure bonus setups are technically correct and aligned with business goals while minimizing risks of bonus abuse and exploitation
- Monitor key CRM and bonus-related KPIs such as Bonus Ratio, Bonus Cost, conversion, retention, and player engagement metrics
- Assist in testing new promotional mechanics, bonus flows, and CRM automations before launch
- Detect anomalies in player activity, bonus performance, or campaign behavior and escalate potential issues
- Collaborate closely with CRM, VIP, Support, Risk, and Analytics teams on operational and promotional tasks
- Support daily operational processes and ad-hoc requests from the Head of CRM
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- Strong understanding of casino and gambling mechanics (must-have)
- Good knowledge of slots, Live Casino products, volatility, RTP, wagering systems, and modern game features such as Bonus Buy mechanics
- Analytical mindset with confidence working with numbers, tables, and large data sets
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work accurately in fast-paced environments
- Ability to quickly learn internal systems, bonus logic, and operational processes
- English level B2+ (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Interest in CRM, player retention, and bonus economics within iGaming
WILL BE A PLUS
- Previous experience in iGaming Support, VIP, CRM operations, Payments, Risk, or Anti-Fraud
- Familiarity with Smartico or other CRM/back-office systems
- Basic understanding of player lifecycle management and retention mechanics
- Experience working with Tier-1 GEOs or international gambling brands
