Responsibilities:

🔸сollaborate with development teams to define project goals, timelines, and budgets;

🔸manage the project schedule and ensure timely delivery of milestones;

🔸track project progress and ensure that development is on track and within budget;

🔸oversee the creation and implementation of project plans and strategies;

🔸facilitate communication between team members and departments;

🔸identify and mitigate project risks;

🔸conduct post-project reviews and identify areas for improvement;

🔸maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

🔸3+ years of experience in game production or related field;

🔸strong project management and leadership skills;

🔸knowledge of game development processes and industry trends;

🔸experience managing budgets and schedules;

🔸ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously;

🔸passion for gaming and a deep understanding of game design principles.

What will you do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust backend services using Node.js (Nest framework).
• Develop and maintain databases using RDBMS (preferably PostgreSQL or MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Develop microservices architecture to enhance system modularity and scalability.
• Ensure basic security principles are integrated into the development process.
• Analyze business requirements, identify defects, and propose timely hotfixes.
• Participat in meetings to collaborate with the team.
   

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience with Node.js (Nest framework).
• Strong experience with RDBMS (preferably PostgreSQL or MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Expertise in TypeORM.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in gRPC.
• Experience with API services and WebSockets.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript ES6.
• Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS and web protocols.
• Experience with message queue paradigms and well-known MQ servers.
• Proficiency in Redis (Bull).
• Strong analytical skills to analyze business requirements, identify defects, and propose hotfixes.
   

Nice to have:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Advanced knowledge of security principles and best practices
