• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets;
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar;
• Understanding of product metrics such as conversion, retention, churn, LTV, engagement, revenue, deposits, or user activity;
• Experience with funnel analysis, segmentation, hypothesis validation, or A/B testing;

What You'll Do

• Analyzing the behavior of users on our site and apps:

-Build and maintain dashboards that visualize the usage of single or multiple features and how that usage drives company KPIs.

-Answer questions about site usage or user behavior based on deeper analyses.

• Analyze and track high-level KPIs such as conversion, retention, churn, recurring revenue, engagement, cross-device usage, e-mail and notification usage, and more.
• Communicate with business stakeholders on analysis results, how they relate to business, and what business suggestions result from the analysis.
• Run the whole data flow for site and app features, from defining KPIs, specifying data collection for development team implementation, and building and maintaining iterative versions of dashboards with both low-level and high-level views of collected data.
• Split tests of product features:

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to define how we measure data quality, evaluate AI/LLM-based scoring, and generate insights that support product, sales, and media buying teams. You’ll work with 70+ TB of data, design evaluation frameworks from scratch, and help optimize performance, cost, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Measurement & Evaluation Foundations: Define how we measure what matters — data quality, the accuracy of our AI scoring, how many records actually get matched to usable signals, cost per outcome. Build the feedback loops that tell us whether a change makes the system better or worse.

• Scoring Intelligence (co-owned with engineers): Partner with the engineering team on the LLM-based scoring system. You will build the evaluation framework for AI scoring, run experiments comparing prompts, models, and approaches against a baseline, and make data-backed calls on where we invest next. Our AI scoring system is actively evolving — you will shape how we measure and improve it.

• Client-related Analysis: Own the analytical side of the work that internal sales and media-buying teams bring in from pharma clients — how reachable a target audience is, how good the data looks, why a campaign performed the way it did. You turn their questions into data-backed answers they can use. Identity is a product core; the analyst works with internal teams, not with clients directly.

• Cost and Value Analysis: Turn cost and value into product decisions. Which data sources and enrichment scenarios pay off, where we overspend, what to cache, what to cut. We operate a mix of free owned data and paid external providers — the decisions have real dollar impact.

• Active AI Usage: Use Claude Code and modern AI engineering tools to multiply your own output. Automate the repetitive parts of analysis so you can focus on the decisions. We provide Claude Code licenses and expect active daily use.

• Data Quality Response: When pipeline output drifts, a provider degrades, or upstream data shifts, you notice first, diagnose the root cause, and drive the fix. You treat data quality as a product, not a ticket queue.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or Data Scientist in a product team (not consultancy, not BI-only roles).
• Advanced SQL at TB scale — BigQuery, Snowflake, or equivalent warehouse. You can read and write complex queries on tens of terabytes without someone pre-modelling the data for you.
• Python for analysis at a working level — pandas, Jupyter, or modern equivalents. Comfortable putting together a small script or helper when an existing tool doesn't cover your case.
• Built measurement or evaluation frameworks from scratch for systems that had no baseline. You are comfortable defining what and how to measure, not consuming someone else's KPI.
• Comfort with probabilistic systems. You understand that noise is inherent and 100% accuracy is not the goal — scoring, matching, ranking.
• AI-native workflow. You already use Claude Code, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar AI tools daily and integrate them into your analytical process.
• English: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.

• LLM evaluation experience — A/B testing AI-powered features, output scoring, prompt iteration with measurable outcomes.

We are looking for a Customer Experience Analyst to join our client — a globally recognized leader in the luxury hospitality sector. This is an enterprise-level project involving high-traffic web solutions and complex integrations. In this role, you will lead the strategic design, implementation, optimization, and expansion of enterprise-scale digital CX capabilities within Qualtrics and complementary analytics platforms — bridging technical excellence with platform strategy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must have:

• 3+ years of experience combining business and technology (CX, analytics, or platform roles)
• Minimum 2 years deploying Qualtrics for enterprise clients
• XM Discover expertise: building and maintaining categorization, sentiment, and journey models
• XM metrics mastery: NPS, CSAT, CES, Sentiment enrichment, Effort scoring, and designing frameworks around them
• Experience with dashboards, ticketing, and categorization models
• 3+ years architecting enterprise digital CX solutions
• HTML/CSS and web architecture foundations
• Foundational knowledge of AI technologies: machine learning, LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic AI systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Platform Architecture & Enterprise Deployment

• QA troubleshooting of complex implementations and playbook establishment

We are looking for a Product Analyst with 2+ years of experience in analytics, preferably (but not necessarily) in gaming or iGaming. The ideal candidate has strong SQL skills, experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau), and expertise in user behavior and product performance analysis.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Trainee Anti-Fraud Analyst to join our Risk
& Integrity team. In this role, you will be on the front lines of defending our platform against
bonus abuse, payment fraud, and suspicious gameplay.
Key Responsibilities
● Analyze customer activity, player behavior, payments, betting, and casino gameplay to
detect suspicious patterns, anomalies, and fraud risks.
● Investigate accounts, identify links between profiles, and make decisions on restrictions,
blocking, or escalation.
● Review AML forms, KYC documents, and related verification information to identify
inconsistencies, red flags, or potential abuse.
● Process and respond to fraud-related requests from internal teams such as Support,
Payments, and KYC, and monitor triggers, alerts, and other fraud signals.
● Maintain reporting, document case outcomes, participate in improving anti-fraud rules
and controls, and test products, flows, and processes for vulnerabilities that can be
exploited for fraud or abuse.
Requirements
● At least 1 year of experience in anti-fraud, risk, or a related analytical role in iGaming.
● Good understanding of casino operations and gaming processes, including bonus
mechanics, game types, betting logic, withdrawal verification, and player behavior.
