About the Company
We are a European IT company with 200+ specialists delivering SaaS platforms, enterprise solutions, and cloud-native products for clients worldwide. We focus on building strong, long-term teams and supporting continuous professional growth.
About the Project
The project is a rapidly growing international FinTech platform transforming the restaurant payment experience through QR-code payments, bill splitting, digital menus, mobile ordering, and payment solutions.
The product is already live and backed by $72M in funding. With established BI and Data Engineering teams, the next step is to scale A/B testing across Product, Sales, and Operations.
You'll play a key role in building a scalable experimentation framework, improving data-driven decision-making, and helping teams turn hypotheses into measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale A/B testing and experimentation processes across multiple business functions.
- Configure and optimize GrowthBook and expand experimentation capabilities to mobile applications.
- Establish statistical testing standards, including power analysis, variance reduction, and sequential testing.
- Define experiment success metrics, guardrails, and evaluation methodologies.
- Develop experimentation playbooks and train Product, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Analyze experiment results and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Analytics.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
- 1+ year of experience with GrowthBook, Statsig, Optimizely, or similar experimentation platforms.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with SQL.
