As a Business Analyst, you will be in charge of helping the clients to determine and prioritize business and technical requirements, in addition to team management, work evaluation, and task distribution in order to ensure impeccable features and functionality of the products.

     

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years as a Business Analyst in a software development environment
    • Product management experience is a plus: ability to see the big picture, shape product direction, and prioritize features and trade-offs
    • Background delivering business automation systems (ERP, CRM, workflow/RPA) for real-world businesses
    • Ability to turn business goals into clear, testable requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria) and own requirements to release while collaborating with the team
    • Skilled at writing clear, concise, no-fluff requirement docs
    • Experience designing clear user flows and simple UX for complex logic
    • Experience launching products from scratch (from discovery to release)
    • Strong stakeholder communication: able to run workshops, interviews, and demos
    • Analytical and detail-oriented; comfortable with data and basic product metrics
    • Nice to have: experience designing or integrating AI agents
    • Advanced/Fluent Ukrainian and English
    • Proven cross-functional collaboration with developers, designers, QA and project managers
    • Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.) are a plus
