THE JOURNEY
- Act as the POC for all labor administration issues, ensuring all employee documentation is collected and signed in the correct format
- Compile and negotiate conditions for benefits renewals and new benefits
- Administer changes relating to salaries, promotions, benefits, bonuses, etc.
- Manage onboarding, off-boarding, and all job changes for employees
- Ensure we have all necessary documentation in place related to employee absences such as Sick Leave and Vacation
- Proactively ensure the company is compliant with local labor law regulations
- Support employees on a day-to-day basis and answer questions about benefits, payroll, company policies, etc...
- Treat employees as internal customers and facilitate day-to-day work life
- Conduct and coordinate internal audits to ensure that employee files have all necessary documents for local compliance purposes and maintain employee files with all updated employee data
- Identify flaws in processes and operations and facilitate improvements and changes
- Collaborate with external HR and Legal providers on employee matters
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- 1+ years of experience in HR administration in Ukraine
- Experience in International HR Administration is a plus
- Degree/Background in HR, law, politics, employee relations, administration, business or similar is a plus
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment and work with all levels of management
- Proactivity and an eye for detail
- Strong Excel and database management skills
- Always looking for ways to improve processes and optimizing coordination between colleagues.
- Fluency and perfect writing skills in English and Ukrainian
- You are based in Kyiv
