ALLSTARSIT is looking for a Head of HR Department to join our team. As a Head of HR Department at ALLSTARSIT, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the people strategy to foster a high-performing team. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage HR functions, partner with global sites, collaborate with clients, and lead cross-functional projects to support business growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen and a keen focus on organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Work closely with the leadership team to align HR practices with business objectives.
- Apply business acumen to develop people initiatives that drive growth and support organizational transformation
Growth orientation while HR operational excellence.
Employee Engagement & Culture:- Develop and maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
Create programs to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and retention.
Performance & Development:- Drive the performance evaluation processes.
Lead learning and development initiatives to support employee growth.
Global Collaboration:- Partner with global sites to ensure alignment in HR practices and policies.
Adapt HR strategies to meet the unique needs of various regions and markets.
Client and Stakeholder Management:- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their people-related needs.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to enhance team satisfaction and performance.
Cross-Functional Project Leadership:- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects related to business growth and efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Operations, Sales, Finance) to align HR initiatives with business goals.
HR Operations & Compliance:- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Manage HR analytics and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as Head of People, HR Director, or similar leadership role in an IT or outstaffing company.
- Demonstrated experience working with global sites and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on growth and transformation initiatives.
- Experience working in a listed company or with a company that went through an IPO will be a plus.
- Experience in M&A (inorganic growth) will be a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
