Hello!

We are looking for an HR Generalist to help us attract, develop, and retain top talents. If you have strategic thinking, a deep understanding of HR processes, and aspire to make a real impact on the company’s growth, this role is for you!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Hiring new team members abroad (London and other countries)
  • Organizing onboarding and training for newcomers
  • Supporting employee growth: tracking performance, identifying training needs
  • Launching retention and career development programs
  • Working with HR metrics and making data-based decisions
  • Advising managers on team motivation and engagement
  • Supporting business changes: new salon openings, team structure updates, process improvements
     

Our Expectations:

  • Higher education
  • English proficiency of at least Upper Intermediate
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in retail companies)
  • Experience in recruiting specialists in external markets
  • A high level of responsibility and self-organization
     

Working Conditions:

Schedule: 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00

Location: Office in a cozy area of central Kyiv (near Maidan Nezalezhnosti metro station)

Stable salary, paid twice a month
