About the Role

Project

The project is a social shopping platform where users create profile pages to post pictures and descriptions of items for sale, enhanced with hashtags for easier discovery. Focused on clothes retail, it aims to deliver an evocative buying and selling experience. Key tasks include payment system integration and accessibility feature implementation.

 

Requirements

• 4,5+ years of QA experience with end-to-end ownership of testing processes
• Strong exploratory testing skills beyond scripted test cases
• Experience testing mobile apps (iOS and Android), including release processes
• Ability to work autonomously across multiple cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with agile workflows, feature flags, and staged rollouts
• Strong requirements analysis skills, able to clarify edge/corner scenarios
• Comfortable with context switching and supporting multiple teams in parallel
• SQL — ability to write moderately complex queries
• API Testing — hands-on experience with REST APIs using tools like Postman
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, cookies, caching, browser behavior
• Experience deploying builds via Android Studio, Xcode, or similar tools
• Git — practical experience with branches, commits, code reviews, pull/merge requests
• Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency
   

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the product development team, collaborating closely with customer-side developers
• Follow and support the Quality Assistance process
• Plan and estimate testing activities
• Create and maintain test documentation
• Design and execute manual, snapshot, and UI tests for new features
• Perform Functional, Regression, and Compatibility testing across Web and Mobile platforms
• Conduct release validation, smoke testing, and post-deployment quality checks
• Provide clear and regular status and progress reports
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and development teams to ensure product quality
• Identify, document, and communicate risks and issues constructively

Вимоги

• 4,5+ років досвіду в QA із повною відповідальністю за процес тестування 
• Сильні навички exploratory testing, що виходять за межі скриптованих тест-кейсів
• Досвід тестування мобільних застосунків (iOS та Android), включно з процесами релізів
• Здатність працювати автономно у кількох крос-функціональних командах
• Знання agile-процесів, feature flags та staged rollouts
• Вміння аналізувати вимоги та уточнювати edge/corner сценарії
• Комфортна робота з context switching та підтримкою кількох команд паралельно
• SQL - вміння писати помірно складні запити
• API Testing - практичний досвід роботи з REST API через інструменти на кшталт Postman

Обов’язки

• Працювати у складі команди розробки продукту, тісно співпрацюючи з розробниками зі сторони замовника
• Дотримуватись та підтримувати процес Quality Assistance
• Планувати та оцінювати тестові активності
• Створювати та підтримувати тестову документацію
• Розробляти та виконувати manual, snapshot та UI тести для нових функцій
• Виконувати Functional, Regression та Compatibility тестування для Web та Mobile платформ
• Проводити release validation, smoke testing та post-deployment перевірки якості
• Надавати чіткі та регулярні звіти про статус і прогрес
• Співпрацювати з product owners, business analysts та командами розробки для забезпечення якості продукту
• Виявляти, документувати та конструктивно комунікувати ризики й проблеми
