Night Support Manager
We are a modern online project with an international audience, where user experience, response speed, and security play a key role. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Night Support Manager to help us maintain a high level of service.
Responsibilities:
โ Handle incoming user requests via LiveChat
โ Assist with technical, general, and payment-related inquiries
โ Provide guidance on platform functionality, bonus policies, and verification procedures
โ Escalate complex cases to relevant teams
โ Contribute to the improvement of internal support processes
Requirements:
โ English proficiency at B2 level or higher
โ Stress resistance and strong attention to detail
โ Technical literacy, understanding of blockchain fundamentals
โ Experience in iGaming is preferred but not mandatory
โ Experience with LiveChat or similar systems is a plus
