Сontrol Systems Engineer

We’re looking for a Control & Autonomy Engineer to join our team and work on cutting-edge robotics and autonomous systems.

You’ll develop control algorithms, work with sensor fusion and multi-sensor data, build simulations, and collaborate with robotics and software engineers to bring real-world autonomous solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop control-based algorithms and support their testing.
• Work on data analysis and sensor fusion for multi-sensor systems (e.g., IMUs, cameras, magnetometers).
• Build models and simulations to support system development and testing.
• Collaborate with robotics and software engineers on integration with other platforms, modules, and solutions.
• Stay up to date with recent research in control and autonomy, and propose solutions to address product use cases.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in control, robotics, machine learning, or a related field.
• Experience with PID controllers, Kalman filters, and signal processing.
• Practical knowledge of linear algebra.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or a good working knowledge of C++.
• Experience working with Linux-based systems.
• Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, Mathematics, or another STEM field (or equivalent practical experience).

Nice to Have:

• Advanced knowledge of control theory.
• Experience with MATLAB / Simulink for dynamic system modeling and control design.
• Experience with ROS 2, Gazebo, or AirSim.
• Experience with sensor setup and integration.
• Experience with at least one of the following flight controllers: PX4, Betaflight, or ArduPilot.
