We are looking for an SMM & Influencer Manager who will strengthen our brand’s presence on social media, build an effective content strategy, and develop collaborations with influencers.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute SMM strategies
• Create content plans for Instagram, Facebook, X, Telegram, and other platforms
• Produce content: copy, visuals, videos, stories, and infographics
• Publish content and manage brand social media accounts
• Launch contests, campaigns, and engagement activities
• Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize strategy
• Monitor competitors and market trends
• Launch and manage campaigns with bloggers, streamers, and influencers

Probation Period Tasks (2–3 months)

• Conduct target audience and competitor analysis
• Define goals and KPIs for social media
• Develop and implement an SMM strategy for a new brand
• Prepare a content plan for 2–3 months
• Create and launch initial content (posts, stories, videos)
• Track key metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions)
• Analyze audience response and suggest improvements
• Set up moderation and audience interaction processes
• Launch initial influencer campaigns

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an SMM Manager / Social Media Manager
• Experience in iGaming or related industries is a plus
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Telegram
• Content creation skills (copywriting, visuals, video)
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Figma, CapCut, etc.
• Creativity, strong visual sense, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• English level B2+ or higher

Nice to Have

• Spanish language skills
• Experience with paid social media advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
• Understanding of SEO and content promotion principles
• Experience with analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer)
• Experience working with influencers

Qualifications and Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a BI/Data Analyst or Data Engineer
• Hands-on experience with data warehousing and ETL pipelines
• Advanced knowledge of SQL
• Hands-on experience with AWS (Athena, Redshift)

• Good written and spoken English
