QA Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform testing of applications and systems, including web applications, AI-based solutions, data scraping, and third-party integrations.
• Conduct API testing with Postman (functional, integration, regression).
• Create and maintain test documentation (plans, cases, checklists, reports).
• Define and enforce QA strategies, processes, and standards.
• Lead the QA function across projects, driving overall quality improvement, establishing and enhancing QA processes, mentoring the team, and addressing quality challenges.
• Review test cases and QA deliverables for quality.
• Participate in pre-sale activities (QA scope, estimations, risk analysis, technical discussions).
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and stakeholders.

• Identify gaps in QA processes and propose improvements.

   

Requirements

Must-have:

• 7+ years of experience in QA.
• 1+ year experience as a QA Lead.
• Strong hands-on experience in API testing with Postman.
• Experience in testing web applications.
• Experience in writing and maintaining test documentation.
• Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, Git/Bitbucket.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• English — Advanced (spoken and written).
• Experience in an outsourcing company is required.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with test automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Basic knowledge of performance or security testing.
