Middle UI/UX Designer

We at ImpactFrames are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX designer to join our team!

🌀 Who we are:

ImpactFrames is a motion design studio working with tech startups and SaaS companies around the world. We specialize in creating high-end 2D/3D explainer videos and promo content. Our projects often go beyond animation — we dive deep into user journeys, interfaces, and the core value of each product to help communicate it clearly and visually.

We’re a tight-knit team of motion designers, illustrators, and project managers, passionate about high-quality work and clear communication.

🎯 What you’ll do:

• Design clean, smart UI concepts for explainer and promo videos.
• Build storyboards and design systems in Figma (based on briefs or scripts).
• Create interface mockups for mobile/web platforms that look product-ready.
• Collaborate closely with animators and art directors to ensure visual consistency.
• Occasionally work with Illustrator for graphic elements.

🔍 What we’re looking for:

• Confident skills in Figma (auto-layouts, components, consistency).
• Experience with Illustrator (basic shapes, icons, exports).
• Strong eye for interface structure, UX logic, and visual harmony.
• English: B1–B2 level — for understanding briefs & products (team communication in Ukrainian 🇺🇦)
• Independence and attention to deadlines — we value reliability.

🎁 Bonus (but not required):

Experience in motion design, working with After Effects, or previous experience in a motion studio.
