• Infrastructure Delivery: Work closely with development teams to deliver infrastructure using Terraform CDKTF. Cross-team communication is a key part of the job!
• Pipeline Maintenance: Maintain and extend the build pipeline, including CI architecture in GitHub Actions, building container images with Puppet and Packer, and resolving service issues in collaboration with developers.
• Tooling & Automation: Develop TypeScript CLI tooling to automate all facets of your job responsibilities.
• Optimization: Ensure the stability and reliability of the platform's general infrastructure.

We are looking for an experienced BI Analyst who will take ownership of building, maintaining, and optimizing our business intelligence infrastructure. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, analytics, and modern BI tools, and can translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Develop and maintain semantic data models in Power BI (Pro license or higher).
• Design and build reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
• Write complex DAX measures and calculations.
• Work with multiple data sources (databases, Google Sheets, etc.) and manage data connectivity (gateways).
• Administer Power BI, including managing permissions and RLS (Row-Level Security).
• Monitor BI trends and implement new Power BI features and AI capabilities into existing and new reports.
• Optimize performance and loading speed of reports and data models.
• Write and optimize SQL queries in BigQuery and MySQL (experience with ClickHouse is a plus).
• Use CTEs and window functions in query development.
• Collaborate with developers to define and document technical requirements for new data sources.
• Experience with Google Cloud Functions and Airflow is a strong advantage.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• 2+ years of professional experience working with Power BI (not freelance projects).
• Hands-on experience with BigQuery and MySQL (ClickHouse is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in SQL (CTE, window functions).
• Practical experience in data modeling and report optimization.
• Understanding of data governance, access management, and RLS principles.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Intermediate or higher level of English (for documentation and communication).
