    We are seeking a high-level Product Analyst capable of deciphering player behavior through a psychological lens. Your focus extends beyond automated reporting, you will diagnose systemic friction, such as KYC bottlenecks or bonus exploitation to formulate actionable growth hypotheses.

     

    You must understand player psychology, retention mechanics, LTV, bonus structures, and funnel optimization, and be able to interview stakeholders, interpret both real and hypothetical data, and proactively advise on product and growth decisions rather than simply report numbers.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze product metrics: Reg2Dep, retention, LTV, ARPU, conversion, engagement, etc.
    • Build and analyze user funnels
    • Conduct A/B tests and evaluate their results
    • Analyze player behavior and identify anomalies
    • Support the business team with data and analytics for decision-making
    • Build dashboards for product teams
    • Participate in shaping the product roadmap based on data
    • Monitor the performance of features and promotional activities

       

    Requirements:

    • 2-4 years of experience as a Product/BI/Game Analyst (iGaming experience is a plus)
    • Excellent knowledge of SQL (mandatory)
    • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase, etc.)
    • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
    • Experience conducting A/B tests and understanding basic statistics
    • Ability to interpret data and formulate insights/recommendations
    • Understanding of core product and gaming metrics
    • Basic Python or R skills (a plus)

    Job responsibilities

    Your Role:
