We are currently transforming our sales function into a scalable, data-driven, AI- and automation-powered sales engine. We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for executing the company’s sales strategy through an AI- and automation-enabled sales system.

The role combines outbound campaign execution, AI-assisted prospect communication, lead qualification, sales calls, closing, and account management.

The person will work with strategy and campaign requirements provided by Marketing, use existing AI agents and automation workflows, apply commercial judgment to their outputs, and turn qualified opportunities into clients and long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outbound campaigns based on Marketing-defined strategy and requirements, owning campaign setup, execution, pipeline progression, conversion, and closing.
• Use AI and automation for prospect research, communication, qualification, replies, follow-ups, and repetitive sales activities. Review outputs critically and step in personally when human judgment, direct communication, or negotiation is needed.
• Orchestrate and improve AI agents by adjusting prompts, instructions, context, examples, and workflow logic. Identify opportunities for new agents or automations and create them independently when possible or work with the Automation team on more complex implementations.
• Conduct discovery and sales calls, understand client needs, present relevant staffing and recruitment services, handle objections and commercial discussions, and move opportunities toward closing.
• Manage client relationships after closing, coordinate handover to delivery, maintain regular communication, identify risks and changing needs, and look for repeat business and account expansion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data, track agreed sales KPIs, and provide Marketing and Automation teams with feedback on lead quality, ICP accuracy, messaging, objections, market response, and workflow performance.

Required Competencies

• Minimum 3+ years of strong B2B service sales experience with international clients.
• Strong proficiency in English (C1 or strong B2 level) is required.

• Collaborate with data engineers to understand data sources, ensure data quality, and prepare datasets for model training and inference.
• Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and iterate on features and model approaches.
• Integrate AI models into Foundry workflows to surface insights and support business processes.
• Support model deployment and monitoring by following established team standards and best practices.
• Work closely with business and domain stakeholders to translate requirements into practical AI-driven solutions.
• Document model behavior, assumptions, and limitations to support transparency and compliance.
• Stay up to date with applied AI and GenAI trends and contribute ideas under guidance from senior team members.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or applied data science.
• Strong Python skills; experience with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Practical experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and retrieval strategies
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, or GenAI use cases (e.g. prompt design, embeddings, text classification, summarization).
• Practical understanding of the ML lifecycle: data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and iteration.
• Experience working with structured data (tabular, time series); exposure to text or unstructured data is a plus.
• Familiarity with enterprise data environments and collaborative development workflows.

This role blends writing, social media, visual content, human stories, and project outcomes. We're looking for someone who doesn't just produce posts, but knows how to find meaning, spot a strong story, and turn the foundation's work into communication that feels clear, alive, and valuable to our audience.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the foundation’s social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, and other relevant platforms;
• Create monthly content plans and organize content publishing across different platforms;
• Develop new content formats and rubrics to increase audience engagement;
• Create content from idea to publication: concepts, copy, visuals, short videos, and final publishing;
• Write content for social media: posts, Stories, short video scripts, and storytelling materials;
• Collect information about the foundation’s projects and turn it into engaging social media content;
• Create photo and video content, including shooting and editing short-form videos (Reels, Stories, Shorts);
• Adapt content for different platforms and audiences;
• Work with Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar tools to create visual materials;
• Use AI tools to improve content creation processes: generate ideas, create drafts, improve texts, develop visual concepts, and optimize workflows;
