LinkedIn and Personal Brand Specialist (B2B)
We’re looking for a B2B LinkedIn & Personal Brand Specialist to help us build and strengthen the personal brands of our key stakeholders.
In this role, you’ll combine content marketing, LinkedIn expertise, Social Selling, and lead generation to turn LinkedIn profiles into a strong channel for thought leadership, organic reach, and business growth. You’ll develop content strategies, manage multiple stakeholder profiles, identify relevant topics and audiences, and use analytics to continuously improve performance.
If you’re comfortable working independently, understand how B2B audiences behave on LinkedIn, and know how to turn expert knowledge into engaging content, we’d be happy to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage 8 stakeholder LinkedIn profiles (2 key profiles and 6 secondary profiles), including daily posting on key profiles and 1–2 posts per week on secondary profiles.
- Develop content plans and strategies for stakeholders aligned with the company’s overall content strategy.
- Prepare clear briefs and tasks for copywriters and designers.
- Adapt, schedule, and publish content, including LinkedIn posts, articles, and newsletters.
- Research relevant topics and industry trends, generate content ideas, and create expert content adapted to each stakeholder’s voice.
- Develop and strengthen stakeholders’ personal brands and thought leadership.
- Increase organic reach through active LinkedIn engagement, including commenting on ICP, partner, and thought leader content, participating in professional discussions, and engaging with the audience.
- Support Social Selling and lead generation by researching ICPs and collecting relevant contacts using email-finding and enrichment tools.
- Research and, when relevant, manage additional B2B/thought leadership platforms such as Substack, Quora, and Medium.
- Contribute to the development of the company’s YouTube presence and community.
- Monitor LinkedIn profile and content performance, analyze engagement and lead quality, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Track conversions from LinkedIn traffic using UTM parameters and GA4.
- Publish and edit website content in the CMS when needed, applying basic SEO principles.
- Support CSR initiatives and internal employer branding activities.
- Actively use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for research, ideation, drafting, content repurposing, and workflow optimization.
Requirements:
- Confident use of LinkedIn for business purposes and a solid understanding of Social Selling principles.
- Experience with LinkedIn content planning and publishing tools such as Taplio, Shield, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Experience with email-finding and contact research tools such as Snov.io, Hunter.io, Apollo, Skrapp, or similar.
- Experience independently developing content plans and content strategies rather than only executing predefined briefs.
- Ability to create clear briefs for copywriters and designers, with a basic understanding of UI/UX principles for evaluating visual content.
- Strong copywriting skills, including LinkedIn post structure, hooks, and CTAs.
- Experience working with LinkedIn analytics, including engagement rate, impressions, and SSI (Social Selling Index).
- Understanding of basic B2B engagement and lead quality metrics, with a focus on ICP and the ability to draw conclusions from data.
- Understanding of the B2B marketing funnel (ToFu/MoFu/BoFu) and the role of LinkedIn content at different stages.
- Basic understanding of ICP and lead generation, including MQL and SQL.
- Basic knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress and the ability to publish and edit website content independently.
- Understanding of basic SEO principles, including title tags, meta descriptions, alt tags, and internal linking.
