The Role

- Own account health end-to-end – track engagement, catch risk signals early, and escalate before a renewal is in danger, not after
- Draft commercial proposals and contracts, and keep account documentation current in the CRM
- Run onboarding for new units and train users hands-on until the product is actually part of how they work
- Turn field feedback into structured input for product and R&D – conclusions, not raw complaints, so the same lesson doesn't get relearned from scratch every quarter
