BigD is looking for a Head / Lead of Affiliates to lead and optimize our affiliate program, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making rather than networking alone.
 

BigD is a fast-growing iGaming operator running a strong Affiliate Program, our own Payment solution, and an AI-driven user acquisition product. 
 

What you will do:

• Lead and develop the existing affiliate team — this is a role about optimizing and scaling a working system, not building one from scratch
• Own the analytics behind the affiliate program: track and act on traffic-quality metrics 
• Define and negotiate commercial models (RS, CPA, Hybrid) and hold partners to company-specific quality benchmarks, which are notably stricter than typical market standards
• Mentor account managers on handling high-pressure partner conversations (e.g., rate increase demands, traffic complaints) and personally step in to resolve escalations when needed
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and KPI targets, with quarterly OKRs and a performance-based bonus structure
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Payments, and BI teams
• Continuously identify growth opportunities and improve ROI across the affiliate portfolio
   

We are looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within iGaming, including 3+ years in a managerial/lead capacity
• Strong, demonstrable command of traffic-quality analytics 
• Solid understanding of commercial models: RS, CPA, Hybrid
• Experience with Affiliate Tracking Platforms (GR8 or similar)
• Strong leadership skills — proven ability to manage, structure, and develop a team
• Excellent negotiation skills, especially the ability to hold firm on non-standard requirements with partners
