We are looking for a Product Manager to own our robotics product line, currently centered on a system for unmanned ground vehicles (UGV). This is early-stage, prototyping-heavy work, where hardware and software decisions get made together, not handed off in sequence. You will work closely with our robotics engineering team, and you need to understand both sides well enough to make calls that hold up in the field – not just on a roadmap slide.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst.
- Understanding of robotics fundamentals – how hardware and software come together in a working system – gained through hands-on experience, not just adjacent exposure.
- Experience working with R&D or technically complex products – you understand what it means to build something that doesn’t have an established playbook.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable making decisions with incomplete data.
- Ability to translate complex, ambiguous requirements into actionable product tasks without needing them spelled out.
- Experience collaborating directly with engineering and data teams.
- Upper-Intermediate+ English.

Responsibilities:

- Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for our robotics product line, starting with our UGV navigation system.
- Conduct user and market research to identify product opportunities, grounded in how the product is actually used in operational conditions.
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.
- Manage product backlog and feature prioritization with a bias toward speed and impact over process.
- Work closely with the robotics engineering team to move from prototype to deployable system, staying close enough to the hardware and software trade-offs to make informed product calls, not just collect requirements.
- Analyze product performance and use data to drive product decisions, not assumptions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the company and ensure alignment without slowing delivery down.

Would be a plus:

- Experience with data products, analytics platforms, or AI solutions.
- Direct experience in the robotics industry – UGV, UAV, or autonomous ground systems specifically.
- Experience launching or scaling complex technical products from early stage to production.
