We're looking for a highly knowledgeable SEO Manager to own organic discovery end-to-end. This is a self-directed role: you'll find the problems yourself, define the strategy alongside the Head of User Acquisition, and then implement the fixes, hands-on, on our website. 

Search is changing faster than it has in a decade, and we want someone genuinely at the front of it. A big part of this role is owning how Lingopie shows up not just in classic search, but in AI-powered discovery (AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) and on YouTube, the surfaces our audience increasingly starts from.
 

What you'll do

Own the strategy and drive it yourself

• Define and own Lingopie's organic strategy across web search, AI search, and video, in partnership with the Head of User Acquisition.

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO / AEO)

• Implement fixes directly in Webflow - you're comfortable in the CMS and shipping changes yourself.
• Own international/multilingual SEO across our language sites and localized pages, including the redirect and hreflang pitfalls that come with it.
• Set up monitoring and alerting so SEO regressions (indexation, speed, canonicals, redirects, metadata) get caught early.
   

Direct the content strategy

• Own the organic content strategy and roadmap — decide what to create, what to consolidate, and what to retire, based on search intent, AI-search opportunity, and conversion.

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO, ideally for a consumer / B2C or subscription product, with a track record of growing organic traffic and conversions.

• Genuinely current on GEO / AEO and the AI-search shift. You can explain how AI Overviews and LLM assistants change what to build, and you've adapted a strategy to them.

• A self-starter who owns outcomes. You find the problems, form the plan, and execute independently in a fast-moving environment.

You own our landing pages end to end. You build and maintain them in Webflow, you run the CRO program that improves them, and you work with the creative team to make each page convert better. This is a hands-on role. You do the work in Webflow yourself, you run the tests yourself, and you own the results.

• Own every landing page in Webflow: build new ones, update existing ones, and keep them fast, clean, and mobile-friendly.

Run the CRO program

AML/Compliance Officer is responsible for supporting PaySaxas’ AML/CFT, sanctions compliance, and financial crime prevention framework by ensuring effective customer onboarding, sanctions screening, CDD/EDD, periodic review, transaction monitoring, investigations and SAR/STR drafting, and compliance controls. The main purpose of the role is to identify and mitigate financial crime risks while maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal standards. The role contributes to PaySaxas’ goals by strengthening compliance operations, supporting business growth, and maintaining trust with customers, partners, and regulators.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Compliance Operations:

• Perform customer onboarding reviews, including comprehensive risk assessments.
• Conduct sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening reviews.
• Perform CDD/EDD (Customer Due Diligence / Enhanced Due Diligence) and periodic reviews.
• Support the Partner Onboarding process, ensuring its effectiveness from PaySaxas' perspective while meeting partner expectations.
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of compliance systems, procedures, workflows, controls, and documentation.

Transaction Monitoring & Investigations:

• Review transactions and investigate unusual or suspicious customer activity.
• Document all investigations in a complete, clear, and auditable manner.
• Draft Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) and Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR).
• Propose enhancements to transaction monitoring rules, controls, screening systems, and Sumsub configurations.
• Support the setup, optimization, and future improvement of the transaction monitoring system.

Framework & Regulatory Support:

• Participate in the implementation of Compliance and AML initiatives led by the Head of Compliance.
• Review and provide professional feedback on internal compliance procedures and instructions.
• Monitor developments in global AML/CTF, sanctions, and financial crime regulations, providing actionable recommendations for policy updates.

• Support regulatory inspections, audits, and information requests relating to AML/CTF compliance.

   

🛠 Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Certification in AML/CTF (e.g., ACAMS, ICA, or alternative) is preferred
•  Minimum 3 years of experience in AML or FinCrime prevention, Compliance, including
• KYB within a regulated fintech, payments, crypto, or financial services environment
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, Sanctions Compliance, KYB, Transaction monitoring, SAR drafting, and Risk assessment.
• Strong knowledge of EU AML regulations (Finnish is preferable) and/or Canadian AML regulations or alternative international regulatory frameworks.
• Experience liaising with regulatory bodies (e.g., FIN-FSA, FIU).
• Experience with AML/KYC platforms (Sumsub, AmlBot, or alternative)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English. Other languages are advantageous
