Junior AI Automation Specialist

We're looking for a Junior AI Automation Specialist eager to build real AI-powered automations and solve business challenges using modern AI tools. No commercial experience is required—we're looking for curiosity, fast learning, and a passion for turning ideas into working solutions.
You'll work on real business automation projects using LLMs, AI agents, APIs, workflow automation tools, and our internal AI platform, with the support of experienced mentors.
Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered automations for internal business processes.
- Analyze business requirements and transform them into working AI solutions.
- Design, test, and improve AI workflows and automations.
- Integrate AI solutions with APIs and internal systems.
- Monitor, optimize, and document implemented solutions.
Requirements
- Strong interest in AI and modern AI tools.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to build personal projects, automations, or prototypes.
- Ability to learn quickly and solve unfamiliar problems independently.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
- Understanding of spoken and written Ukrainian.
- Availability to work full-time.
- Location outside Ukraine and Belarus.
Nice to Have
- Personal AI or automation projects.
- Experience with AI coding assistants.
- Basic knowledge of APIs, Git, or programming.
- Experience with AI agents, no-code/low-code, or workflow automation tools.
