    This role offers the opportunity to lead a product marketing team, build marketing funnels from start to finish, and take ownership of strategic decisions and backlog management.

    Your responsibilities will include:
     

    • Full cycle of working on marketing funnels: from idea and research to launch and analysis.
    • Leading the MarTech product team β€” a cross-functional team driving all marketing technology initiatives β€” with full ownership of backlog management, prioritization, and product decision-making.
    • Generating product hypotheses, testing them (A/B), and validating through data.
    • Analyzing data and identifying growth opportunities at all stages of the funnel.
    • Studying competitors and the market.
    • Creating marketing messages that resonate and reflect the value of the product.
    • Collaborating with teams responsible for various marketing channels, including UA, Affiliates, SEO, email marketing, etc.
       

    We are looking for you if:
     

    • You have 2+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, MarTech Product Manager, or Product Manager (with a strong interest in marketing).
    • You are confident working with analytics, understand funnels, numbers, and the impact of metrics on business, and have experience working with Amplitude.
    • You can research users, segment audiences, and test value propositions.
    • You think in a data-driven way.
    • You have experience leading teams and taking responsibility for their delivery.
    • You have an Upper-Intermediate+ level of English β€” we work in the global market.

    • Review call recordings, provide feedback and coaching.
    • Participate in complex/key sales calls as an expert when needed.
    • Help structure offers for A+/enterprise clients.
    • Analyze and systematize reasons for lost deals.

     

    3. Marketing & Content Direction

    • Develop a content strategy for LinkedIn (founder + company).
    • Coordinate cases, videos, and results produced by the team to ensure they enter the sales funnel.
    • Strengthen the founder’s personal brand (in collaboration with marketing/content).
    • Partner channels: communities, influencers, referral partnerships:

      • Maintain a partner database;
      • Plan regular touchpoints (calls, updates, joint activities).

       

    4. Analytics & Monthly Improvements

    • Analyze key metrics:
      • Number of leads by channel;
      • Replies, scheduled and completed calls;

    5. Team Management & Sales Rhythm

    • Weekly 1:1s with lead gen specialists and the closer: CRM review, pipeline, tasks, follow-ups, growth areas.
    • Weekly group calibration sessions:
      • Joint review of call recordings;
      • Case analysis;
      • Best practices sharing.
