Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Leadership

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives

• Oversee internal controls, financial policies, and governance frameworks

Operational & Commercial Support

• Partner with business units to improve financial performance, cost efficiency, and profitability
• Evaluate business cases, pricing strategies, and capital expenditure proposals
• Support mergers, acquisitions, funding initiatives, or restructuring activities where applicable

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field

Role overview

The Accounting Manager is responsible for ensuring complete, accurate, and timely accounting records in compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies. The role covers core accounting and tax & compliance-related activities, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, account reconciliations, banking data processing, and support of period-end close, financial and tax audits.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Reporting Support

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain high-quality AI solutions for both internal teams and external users.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Must-have:

• 5+ years experience in software development (preferably in Python or TypeScript).
• Skilled in prompt engineering and have a strong understanding of how LLMs work internally.
• Proven track record in developing AI agents from scratch and implementing effective AI solutions for businesses.
• Basic DevOps proficiency (CI/CD, Cloud).
• Quick learner who adapts effortlessly to new tools and approaches.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about current AI trends and best practices.

We are a distributed team of more than 150 people, all working remotely and communicating partially synchronously (we usually overlap with our teams for 5 hours daily and are free to work on some of the tasks whenever it suits us best). We are seeking a high-impact Technical Project Manager / Business Solution Manager to serve as the strategic bridge between client vision and technical execution. This is a versatile, hybrid role designed for a professional who thrives at the intersection of Project Management, Business Analysis, and Solution Architecture.
You won’t just manage tasks; you will shape products from the pre-sales phase through to final delivery, ensuring every solution is both technically sound and commercially viable.
Core Responsibilities
1. Strategic Pre-Sales & Client Partnership

• Discovery & Scoping: Partner with sales teams to lead discovery sessions, gather initial requirements, and define the scope for Time & Material (T&M) and Fixed-Price projects.
• Solution Proposing: Act as a trusted advisor, proposing high-level technical solutions that align with client business objectives.

2. Business Analysis & Solution Design

• Requirement Engineering: Decompose complex business needs into clear Epics/User Stories. Write high-quality functional and non-functional requirements.
• Visual Prototyping: Create clickable prototypes (Figma, Axure, etc.) to validate system logic and user flows before development begins.
• Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.

3. Technical Leadership & AI Innovation

• Architectural Alignment: Provide a “light-touch” solution architecture, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with the development team’s capabilities.
• AI Integration: Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools and LLMs into business solutions to optimize workflows and deliver cutting-edge results.

4. Project Delivery & Expectation Management

• End-to-End Oversight: Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure milestones are met without compromising quality.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Maintain transparent communication, managing client expectations throughout the lifecycle to ensure a high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score).

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Solution Management within the IT industry (Outsourcing/Consulting preferred).
• Methodology: Strong command of Agile/Scrum and experience managing various contract models (T&M, Fixed Price).
• Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and a practical grasp of how AI technologies can be applied to business problems.
• Tooling: Proficiency in prototyping tools and project management software (Jira, Confluence).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build long-term trust.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of taking a project from a raw idea to a successful launch.
• Familiarity with modern AI frameworks and their business applications.
• Strong presentation skills for pitching solutions to C-level stakeholders.
