Job Description
This is a remote position. We are looking for a Middle+ TechOps Engineer to oversee the smooth operation of our data collection and processing pipelines. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale automated data gathering systems, ensuring seamless deployments, and maintaining system efficiency across a
complex microservices environment.
Responsibilities
● RiskSeal data collection platform support & maintenance
● Configuration of new environments, clients, data sources
● Troubleshoot data harvesting issues
● Optimize system performance & minimize downtime of data collection algorithms
● Monitoring the state of integrations of data collection
● Take part in production deployments ensuring continuous operation and no customer impact
Requirements
● 2+ years of experience in a technical support or engineering role in a
data-intensive environment.
● Experience working with automation tools, web data collection workflows.
● Experience working with databases such as MySQL, ClickHouse, etc.
● Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, LogChef, or similar.
● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks.
● Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and DevOps engineers.
