Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Development Representative who knows how to turn targeted outreach into qualified business opportunities. In this role, you will drive outbound initiatives, engage decision-makers, and contribute directly to the growth of our sales pipeline.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new prospects through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other prospecting channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads across Enterprise and SMB segments.
  • Execute outbound initiatives aimed at maximizing meeting generation and sales opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly outreach and pipeline targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach performance metrics.
  • Develop and execute pre-event and post-event communication sequences.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and emerging prospecting practices.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in large-scale IT outsourcing or outstaffing companies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
  • Proven success in LinkedIn and email-based ABM outreach.
  • Solid understanding of outbound prospecting strategies and sales best practices.
  • Experience working with Enterprise and SMB clients (not only startups).
  • A data-driven, goal-oriented mindset โ€” you love dashboards, targets, and making things better.
  • Experience preparing pre-event and post-event communication sequences for LinkedIn and email outreach.
  • Strong experience with CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive.

Nice to Have

  • Practical experience with Clay.
  • Experience selling services within Healthcare, FinTech, Real Estate, or Retail domains.
