We're building a completely new product – Tiger Finder, an AI-powered influencer discovery platform – and looking for a Product Lead who'll lead the product and play a key role in shaping its future.

This isn't a traditional product role where you inherit roadmaps and spend your days writing tickets. You'll own the product roadmap and day-to-day product decisions, work directly with customers, and be responsible for making Tiger Finder better every week.

You'll collaborate closely with the company's founder and CEO on the long-term vision, while having the autonomy to make product decisions yourself. This is an opportunity to lead an early-stage product where your decisions will have a direct impact on the product, the business, and our customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and prioritize what gets built next.
• Talk to customers and users to deeply understand their needs, workflows, and pain points.
• Turn insights into clear product priorities, requirements, and experiments.
• Work closely with designers and engineers to ship valuable features quickly.
• Analyze product usage and business metrics to guide product decisions.
• Optimize the entire self-serve user journey, from onboarding and activation to conversion, retention, and monetization.
• Work closely with Marketing and CS to improve product-led growth.

• Represent Tiger Finder in customer calls, product demos, and industry conversations to continuously learn from the market.
• Stay on top of trends in influencer marketing, creator economy, AI, and competing products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Manager, Product Lead, or similar product leadership experience in SaaS companies. Your most recent experience should be in a product company or startup.
• Experience leading product-led growth (PLG) initiatives for self-serve SaaS products.
• Proven experience optimizing self-serve SaaS funnels, including acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and monetization.
• Experience conducting customer interviews and usability testing.
• Fluent spoken and written English. You'll regularly interview customers, run product demos, and collaborate with international partners.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence in making data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to align designers, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders around product priorities.
• Experience partnering with marketing teams to optimize user acquisition, activation, and conversion for self-serve SaaS products.
• Good understanding of SaaS marketing channels, attribution, and growth tools.
• High ownership and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
• Ability to balance customer value, business impact, and engineering effort when making prioritization decisions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to experiment, learn, and adapt.
• Experience in the martech space is a strong plus.

We are looking for a Recruitment Sourcer to support our Recruitment team with active candidate search and initial candidate assessment.

This role is a good fit for someone with limited experience in Recruitment / Sourcing who wants to develop strong sourcing skills and grow into a Recruiter role over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for open roles using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Review incoming applications and conduct an initial assessment of candidate profiles.
• Communicate with potential candidates when needed, present vacancies, and assess initial interest.
• Maintain a strong top-of-funnel pipeline with a target of at least 50 new relevant candidates per month.
• Keep candidate information up to date in the ATS and check profiles for duplicates before submission.
• Re-engage candidates from the internal database and previous recruitment processes.
• Work closely with recruiters, adjust sourcing approaches based on feedback, and provide brief sourcing reports.

• Occasionally manage selected Junior-level vacancies to develop full-cycle recruitment skills.

   

Main Requirements

• Basic confidence with Google Sheets, including filters, sorting, and structured data.
• Understanding of job boards and candidate sourcing channels.
• Basic understanding of candidate search and profile assessment.
• English sufficient for initial written and verbal communication with candidates.
• Ability to work with large amounts of information and manage several searches simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, independence, and readiness for regular proactive sourcing.

Will Be a Plus

• Experience with ATS systems.
• Previous experience in Recruitment / Sourcing / Research.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and job boards.
• Understanding of the recruitment funnel and hiring process.

• Experience in iGaming or recruitment will be an advantage.

We are currently looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The role is focused on facilitating effective communication between customers and developers and ensuring that technical requests are handled efficiently from start to finish.

The responsibilities include working with a wide range of customer requests — from coordinating the implementation of new features and system components in existing software to handling ad-hoc technical issues, payments moderation, troubleshooting, and following up on their resolution.

Ideal candidates should have:

• A basic understanding of the software development process and familiarity with tools such as issue trackers and virtual customer support (VCS) systems; theoretical knowledge is acceptable.
• Strong soft skills. We value team players who are communicative, supportive, and eager to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• A fluent level of written and spoken English is required, as the role involves communication with international customers.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both with customers and with internal teams such as development and project management, and quality assurance teams on the other hand, are key to success in this area.

This is a full-time position with evening shifts from 5 PM to 1 AM (EET).

The position involves a rotating schedule of five 8-hour shifts per week (40 hours in total). Shifts may fall on any day from Monday to Sunday, and the schedule is created and/or updated monthly.

The schedule may also include official public holidays according to the national holiday calendar. Holiday shifts will be compensated either with additional pay or an extra day off.
