What you’ll do

You will help us generate new business, convert inbound and outbound opportunities, and build long-term relationships with clients.

• Driving lead generation campaigns (with time we will involve a lead generation specialist to support you): research and segment leads, create messaging and launch outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email and other relevant channels.
• Identify and pursue international tenders and RFPs: preparing and submitting relevant applications.
• Handle inbound opportunities: respond to requests, qualify leads and move promising opportunities forward.
• Running initial discovery calls to understand client needs, challenges and potential project scope.
• Coordinate proposal development with the production team, turning client needs into clear and relevant solutions.

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for someone with experience in B2B service sales and consultative selling. You should be comfortable selling services where every project can be different and where understanding the client’s actual problem is more important than presenting a predefined product.

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have at least 3 experience selling B2B services such as IT, consulting, training, design, content, marketing, outsourcing, localization, or other professional services.
• Can understand a client’s needs and translate them into a relevant solution.
• Have strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Are confident in communicating with international clients and building professional relationships.
• Can independently manage follow-ups, next steps and multiple opportunities at different stages of the sales process.
• Are structured and comfortable working with CRM systems, notes, statuses, and sales pipelines.

We are looking for an experienced Media Buying Team Lead to join our team and take ownership of performance marketing operations across Tier-1 European markets.

This role is a great fit for a strong performance marketing professional who already has experience leading media buyers, understands acquisition economics, and is ready to take the next step in their career.

You will initially lead the media buying function at the Team Lead level, with a clear opportunity to grow into the Head of Media Buying role as the team, budgets, and acquisition operations scale.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Lead the day-to-day work of the Media Buying team, including priorities, performance, workload, and campaign execution;
• Develop and execute media buying strategies across Tier-1 European markets together with the wider marketing team;
• Manage and optimize multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic/DSP, Push & In-App traffic, ASA, UAC, and other relevant channels;
• Take ownership of media planning, budget allocation, campaign performance, and forecasting;
• Manage and gradually scale significant advertising budgets while maintaining profitability and sustainable growth;
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including CAC, CPA, CPI, CPL, ROAS, ROI, ROMI, LTV, Payback Period, and Contribution Margin;
• Mentor and develop Media Buyers, helping the team improve campaign quality, testing velocity, and overall performance;
• Work closely with Creative, Analytics, CRM, Product, and other teams to improve acquisition and retention results;
• Build and improve scalable media buying processes, reporting, and operational frameworks;
• Ensure accurate attribution, tracking, and data collection across acquisition channels;
• Continuously test new audiences, creatives, channels, GEOs, and acquisition approaches;
• Identify new growth opportunities and turn successful experiments into scalable acquisition channels;
• Gradually take broader ownership of the media buying function with the opportunity to grow into the Head of Media Buying position.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• 4+ years of experience in Media Buying;
• Previous experience as a Media Buying Team Lead, Performance Team Lead, Senior Media Buyer with team management responsibilities, or in a similar role;
• Hands-on experience managing and scaling paid acquisition campaigns;
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating Media Buyers;
• Proven experience working with Tier-1 European markets;
• Experience managing significant advertising budgets and responsibility for campaign profitability;
• Strong track record of scaling successful acquisition campaigns;
• Experience in highly competitive industries, preferably iGaming or Sports Betting;
• Strong understanding of acquisition economics, including CAC, CPA, CPI, CPL, ROAS, ROI, ROMI, LTV, Payback Period, Revenue Attribution, Cohort Analysis, Funnel Optimization, and Retention Impact;
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data;
• Ability to combine hands-on campaign management with team leadership;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Motivation to develop from a Team Lead into a Head of Media Buying and gradually take ownership of the entire function;
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.

Responsibilities:

• Own and establish QA processes from the ground up — no existing framework in place, you'll define, introduce, and drive adoption yourself
• Understand product objectives of the core scheduling application and translate those into comprehensive test plans that the team and automation can leverage. Ensure testing is inclusive of data flows from ingestion to database to optimization algorithm depending on priority/bandwidth 
• Conduct detailed exploratory testing and opportunistic testing on major features continuously
• Establish and manage data fixtures for effective testing
• Own the process of automating common tests and speeding up the QA cycle

As a Middle Manual QA, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of web and mobile applications by executing comprehensive manual testing, creating detailed test documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate is proficient in testing methodologies, backend testing, and API testing, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
